“This property has excellent reviews! We were so pleased we booked here vs a hotel downtown. Close to a lot, walking to restaurants, across from white sandy beach and an amazing view of intercostal. We watched the football game, boats, dolphins and even saw a manatee! The pool is right along the intercostal with plenty of chairs. We will return!”

“Overall, the place was in a great location. it was nice that there was a waterpark on site. Our only complaint was that the floors were falling apart at the seams, which was not nice to look at and could be a possible tripping hazard.”

“So when we first arrived I couldn’t use the left side of the sink for almost 4 days, they kept telling me a plumber was going to come, and then he wouldn’t. The plumber ended up coming with a little to no notice. Everything was dusty, upon my daughter, dropping one of her toys behind the bed. I pulled out the bed in the master to get it and behold was excessive dust, and crusty panties that have been there. God knows how long. The air-conditioning unit that was in the second bedroom closest to the front door leaked a weird yellow fluid, which I had to clean every day. Our last week of being there the door had fallen on top of my almost 2-year-old daughter, I’m very lucky that she didn’t require medical attention, but the door was not hung up properly and was off the tracks. Upon checking in, the balcony was very dirty. And the balcony door does not lock itself, which was a very big safety concern being I have a four-year-old and almost 2-year-old that was staying there and we are”

“Had a strange experience here mostly good but some strange and concerning issues: 1. Immediadtly noticed a strong urine smell in condo. On my first night sleeping there i discovered the bed sheets had pee stains all over them. I had to wash all the sheets and covers. 2. Whole building had a strong smell that smelt like sewage. 3. There was pee on the sink, when wiping off water with a white towel off the sink I noticed yellow stains all over the sink, not sure of this was a previous renter or cleaning company, but it was disgusting and made our stay uncomfortable to the point we needed to buy something for the smell. 3. Host attempted to charge me for "stains" on a pillow and tiny drop of blood on one of the sheets. They wanted to charge me $90+ to replace the sheets that were already disgusting. Beware and always take pictures and complain immediately instead of ignoring like me otherwise they will try to charge Other then that the place was fine”
