“What an exquisite house. Situated in walking distance to downtown Aspen, East Aspen Hillside Retreat was quiet, so comfortable, and with plenty of space for multiple generations. We felt so at home and enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing, back deck or back patio listening to the birds and enjoying the peace.”

“Great house! Super peaceful setting with great views. Close enough to everything, but just far enough that it feels private and secluded. Living space (in and out) was great and beds, linens, laundry were first class. Will definitely book again when we return to Snowmass.”

“Beautiful apartment”

“The apartment itself is beautiful and well located in Basalt. Aspen Leisure Co. was responsive and promptly addressed issues w/i their control, including a CO₂ alarm. The fireplace is also a nice feature once you know how to operate it. The building had significant issues during my month-long stay. The elevator was out of service for almost the entire month and was repaired only 2 days before I left. Multiple entry keypads intermittently failed, including the garage door keypad, and the keypad closest to the unit never worked. Residents sometimes propped these doors open with rocks, etc., creating security concerns. The garage was very cluttered, and the stairwell and courtyard were poorly maintained, with trash, unpleasant odors, and broken lights. I also encountered a bug in the pantry. A window became jammed open for the remainder of my stay, some interior lights did not work, and the trash access code did not work for me. Wi-Fi was limited. However, I’m grateful ALC hosted me.”

“We would have liked a single hour of late check out after requesting days early that we were not granted however, the owners of this space should be proud it is done so well and the view was fantastic we spent an entire day on the porch enjoying the weather. We recommend!”

Inflating the market, screwing working people as they go, then blowing them off to the AirBnB 'Support' wasteland ✨ Thanks Brittany & Team. We're done w/ 'Aspen Leisure Co' and AirBnB altogether. Oh! And don't forget to do your dishes and laundry on your way out for 'extra credit' once you've already paid for it to be cleaned.”
