“The space was perfect for a relaxing weekend down the shore. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars and right next to the beautiful State Park. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The front deck was a perfect place to end our days!”

“Mary’s place is small but all that is needed for a few people to stay. It was adequate for our need and clean.”

“Overall positive experience, but main feedback is on privacy: Mary lives next door and is frequently around. We were questioned about guests and charged extra fees for visitors - I've never encountered an Airbnb or hotel that didn't allow visitors, so avoid this place if you plan to have any. Also worth noting: there are 3 large bird cages in the front yard (not pictured in photos), with her team coming and going regularly to tend to them...very odd. While we can recognize having oversight on your property, it felt borderline invasive. Everything else was good - location, price point and house value (minus no shower products).”
