Arrived's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The location is ideal, nice and quiet and only a 5 min bike ride to the village or the SHARC. The house is a great size, with lots of hang out space and 4 nice size bedrooms. The deck was incredible and the hot tub was nice and private. That said, for nearly $900 per night, the house is in need of some maintenance, a deep cleaning, and a reset in order to live up to the description and the price. The furniture felt dusty not brand new and the finishes although nice didn't feel like it was recently remodeled. There were dirty dishes scattered throughout the drawers, mold above the shower and grime around the toilets. None of that was absolutely awful but for the price I'd expect better.”airbnb

“It’s as pictured. The kids loved the arcade games, bikes, location, other games. The SHARC is close. The passes to the SHARC were great to have. Great deck. Gas grill was great. We grilled every night, sat on the deck and watched shooting stars, satellites. Beds were comfortable. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for our group. We have older dogs that are not an issue, but we could tell it by the carpet it was a dog friendly house. It was not very clean. The inside windows had cobwebs even the shower area. I hate to say that because it was a great time. Plenty of towels, easy to cook with the supplies. I preferred this location. A little further from the village, much quieter than our previous visit.”airbnb

“Lovely home, easy walk to the beach and a nice park across the street. My dog loved the yard, would stay again.”airbnb

“This place was a nice location as far as getting to the beach and local places. There is absolutely no where to park you will be walking at least 3 blocks and you have to pay to park for extensive periods of time, which comes to a lot. The first knife I took out had what looked like peanut butter smeared all over it, every plate and cup we tried to use had something on it causing us to have to wash dishes each time we wanted to eat. The shower is extremely small you have to keep your arms down at all times. Sheets and towels had weird staining.”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay with our family. The location was perfect, the park right across the street was a favorite with the kids, and we loved being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as the restaurants and shops in Asbury Park. It was so nice to have everything within walking distance while still having a comfortable place for our family to relax and spend time together. We had a great stay and would happily return!”airbnb

“Hi, I wanted to let you know why we checked out a night early. I understand that was our decision, and I’m not asking to be compensated simply because we left early. However, we genuinely felt we couldn’t comfortably stay another night. There were several issues that made our stay very disappointing. The toilet barely flushed, the master bedroom had no functioning air conditioning, and there was a group upstairs that sounded like a fraternity house, with constant jumping and pounding through the floor late into the night. The biggest issue was the master bed. The bed frame appeared to be constructed from 2x4s and plywood, and the plastic covering was protruding through the sheets, actually poking and scratching us. It was so uncomfortable that my wife and I ended up sleeping on the twin beds instead. Beyond that, much of the furniture was damaged or in poor condition, with missing doors and broken pieces. The overall condition of the property did not match the listing or the expect”airbnb

“Good price for the small spot. The bed sheets were quite uncomfortable and the fridge door was broken but apart from that, it was a nice spot.”airbnb

“The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, during our visit a pump alarm began going off in the house. We contacted the host right away via text but never received a response. We ended up unplugging it ourselves to stop the alarm.”airbnb

“We had some issues with a dishwasher and the fireplace that did not get resolved, but otherwise it was a wonderful house to stay at”airbnb
