“Nice, quiet location. Not far to drive to places, but not a lot within walking distance. Only complaint would be how uncomfortable the bed is.”

“The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, during our visit a pump alarm began going off in the house. We contacted the host right away via text but never received a response. We ended up unplugging it ourselves to stop the alarm.”

“Cute little house near beach and bay in a quiet neighborhood of Surf City. The apt was well appointed but bedrooms were super tiny. It was fine for 3 people for a few days. The backyard space was nice with a fenced in yard for our furry friends to stroll, ample outdoor seating and a gas fire pit. My only real complaint is the only heat that was working was an unvented propane space heater mounted on the wall. Aside from being somewhat dangerous to use, having the fumes not vented was definitely not healthy. The electric baseboard heaters were not working.”

“We only stayed one night but house was clean, plenty of room, had working laundry and a well appointed kitchen.”

“Super convenient location, lots of space, and very clean. Water from the tap tastes great. Mattress was a bit soft for us and the sheets covering the duvet insert were so small that the insert kept getting exposed (I assumed they don’t wash the insert every time, but I could be wrong). Internet was fast, but only downstairs. The wifi upstairs was too slow for the Roku to work properly. Hot tub didn’t work, but we got a partial refund after Airbnb support got involved. If the tub is still broken and you are staying here, check out Flux Thermal Lounge a few minutes away. Amazing hot tub and cold plunge facility!”

“The house was in a good location, close to everything, but there is quite a lot of stairs if you are walking. Nice view from the living area. Lots of room for our extended family. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay there.”

“We had some issues with a dishwasher and the fireplace that did not get resolved, but otherwise it was a wonderful house to stay at”

“was disappointed we couldn't build a fire in the fireplace. I didn't see in the description real wood fire wasn't allowed and when contacted host about firewood I was informed that only duralogs were allowed and one should have been supplies but there wasn't one.”
