“This is an awesome, centrally located place to stay right in the heart of downtown Asheville and the building is absolutely beautiful. The apartment was pristine and the view could not be beat. The pet friendliness of the apartment and building was a major added bonus as we road-tripped from NJ to NC with our dog. Valet was seamless and always super quick and friendly. Short walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, shops, etc.. Highly recommend a stay here!!”

“This place was immaculate very clean and nicely decorated. The host communicated well and quickly. While you could hear some street noise, the host placed a sound machine in the bedroom which drowned it out, this was ideal since we sleep with a sound machine anyway. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to everyone. Great place, Great location, what more could you ask for!!”

“We stayed at Cloud 10 for 8 days, and we couldn’t have been more impressed!  The building itself is beautiful, and having access to the Kimpton restaurants and valet parking was key!  Cloud 10 is a gorgeously appointed corner unit, with a gorgeous view of the sunrise.  I was so happy that we could also bring our pets; they loved looking out the windows all day.  Arras Vacation Rentals was great with communication, and our check-in and check-out were seamless.  Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful condo!  We’ll be back! TIP:  The Arras Building is in downtown Asheville, and with that comes traffic noise.  The front of the building also overlooks the Asheville Fire Department, so you will hear sirens often.  Bring earplugs for sleeping.”
