“We enjoyed our stay at The Rookery 3002! Our cottage was in a quiet community just a 5 min walk from the beach. It was very cute and clean. The beds were really comfortable and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook dinner when we were too tired to go out! I was thankful for the clotheslines in the bathrooms and the washer and dryer after our days out at the beach. If you are staying for more than a couple of days, be prepared to purchase items like handsoap, trash bags, and toilet paper, but the starter kit of supplies should be enough for a weekend stay and there is a Dollar General only a few miles away. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would be happy to stay here again if we return to the Gulf Shores area!!”

“We loved the condo! The kitchen and bathrooms were so clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a great time and will definitely be back!!”

“The location is beautiful. The listing states that the master bedroom has a king bed, there in fact was no king bed. The bedroom with the trundle bed, the lower pyll out bed had multiple urine stains and no bedding. The cookware was awful, absolutely AWFUL and burnt and ruined what we tried to prepare. I also feel like if you have a home that you list is suitable for EIGHT PEOPLE, there should have been updated, and selection of kitchen utensils etc. There was visible hair,dirt and sand around the toilet and bathtub, and visible stains on the bedding off the living room. Not to mention the visible dust and dirt on all surfaces. When I reached out to Dana she responded that she'd send her cleaning crew out, problem with that was all 8 of us had already unpacked and I told her that we had already left for the day that I had just wanted her to know and her cleaning crew went in while none of my party was there supposed to clean and when we arrived back nothing was cleaned or any differen”

“My 2 adult daughters were unable to sleep on the bunk beds as planned. The bunk beds are far too short for any person over 5 ft 4. They moved to could golf out bed which was covered in sand and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The couch was great to sit on when not out as a bed.i was disappointed it wasn’t told the bunk beds were small. I called and voiced my concerns”
