Manager Review

APRÈS Vacation Homes

APRÈS Vacation Homes's guest rating of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Beautiful home with a great view of the lake. House was spacious, beds were comfortable and it had great amenities.

We had a really great weekend for a bachelorette trip in a super beautiful home! Very close to Park city Main Street, but tucked away enough to feel like an escape. Extremely clean and spacious.

Lovely property as described. Great location near the Canyons Ski Resort. Both bedrooms have on suite bathrooms, kitchen fully stocked and a huge bonus to have access to the garage during our visit

Booked a stay here in the afternoon for the weekend. Was called at 8pm and told they had made a mistake and I couldn’t stay there and then they said I needed to cancel on my side which they shouldn’t do as it was their mistake. Instead of working with me to help find a place as it was late, they escalated the issue with Airbnb and stopped responding to me. I just feel that if a host makes a mistake and cancels at 8pm as we are pulling in to check in that they should do all they can to make it right. Instead Apres sent me to Airbnb customer service and stopped responding. I did get a full refund but it was very inconvenient to then have to book a hotel stay at 11pm.

Overall, the condo was clean & had some nice touches. There were several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. Finding our way around the property was confusing—there were no clear instructions on how to locate the front vs. back of the building or where the pool & hot tub were. Before booking, I specifically asked if the pool would be open and was told yes, but then received notice a few days before arrival that it was closed, which was disappointing. On the day of arrival, I also received multiple calendar invites (at least 10), which felt excessive and a bit overwhelming. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch, while my daughter & infant slept on the floor, and my niece used an air mattress. The fridge drawers were cracked, making them difficult to open and close. The condo was quite warm and took a few hours to cool down. Was a nice place, minus the mattress issues. Parking was very limited outside of garage.

I stayed here with a few friends for a girls’ trip. We had a great time here. The hot tub was amazing! We also enjoyed the movie room do a few relaxing nights in. The rooms were all comfy and cozy. The sofas are a bit uncomfortable and we felt there were too many messages from the host but otherwise everything was great. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this Waldorf Astoria property managed by Après Vacation Homes was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival we found hair in the shower, and there was no hot water in the sinks during our stay — unacceptable for a property at this price point. We arrived close to midnight after a six-hour flight planning to order room service, only to discover the restaurant was completely closed and there was no room service at all. This was never disclosed in advance, leaving us with no food options upon arrival and during the stay. Amenities were also poorly managed. One of the two hot tubs was closed, making the other overcrowded and unusable, and the pool was so cold no one used it. Despite being advertised as ski-in/ski-out, the “trail” back is a golf course with no snow in February, requiring a walk to the gondola up to the lifts and a ride down to return. When we raised these issues, responsibility was deflected and we ultimately had to escalate to Airbnb Air Cover for compensation.
