“It was a great studio apartment! My only criticism is that the microwave doesn’t work. The host was responsive about fixing it, but it took the building weeks to send a repairman and it was only working for 3 days before breaking again. It seems to be an issue with the electrical outlet blowing a fuse. Not the hosts fault, but annoying if you’re working from home all day and need to reheat things. Other than that, i really enjoyed my stay! :)”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was a spacious one bedroom, fully-furnished, and stocked with everything I needed. It was a terrific building with a gym, great grocery store on the first floor, lockers for safe delivery of packages, and easy digital check-in. It was a short walk to restaurants, a delicious bakery, and the MUNI and Caltrain stops. Anyplace was responsive to my questions. The only negative was that I could not reserve a parking spot in the building’s garage.”

“Please take your time and money elsewhere. I paid the extra money for the nicer apartment shown here, and one the second day, we found a cockroach in the kitchen. We moved to another unit in the building (thank you again to Yana for quickly jumping on this), and while that was very appreciated, that apartment was smaller and originally lower-priced than the original. When I asked about a partial refund, the Anyplace team told me there would be no refund because the apartments were priced the same (they definitely were not when I originally booked). When I checked online, they had now changed their prices to match (I suspect to avoid giving partial refund). Really unprofessional. Outside of this booking, the apartment is definitely overpriced for what it’s worth. I do appreciate that they provided laundry/dishwasher pods.”
