“We had a great stay overall. The house was nice, clean, and comfortable. Some of the furniture could use updating, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment of the property. Kelly Beach was a highlight and absolutely beautiful. While the beach is nearby, it can be a bit challenging to walk there carrying chairs, coolers, and other beach gear, so we usually dropped everyone off and picked them up afterward. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental.”

“This house was lovely with an amazing and priceless view. The furniture was comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. A wrap around porch afforded great views of the boats and water and one only had to take a short walk down to Little Beach where you could play on the sand, paddle board or swim. Location, location, location and this beautiful house had all of this and more. Our Family will definitely re-book this wonderful house in the future! L. Kay Berman”

“Three beds had blood stains on them and there were nicotine patches stuck to the ceiling. Some outlets didn’t have covers and one of our group had an allergic reaction and we think it might’ve been from mold on the mattress.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Joseph's house... it was clean and convenient. Once we figured out the A/C settings and settled in, the place was very accommodating to our needs and we went ahead and enjoyed what "Gansett" has to offer. I would book this house again.”

“I will NEVER rent this house or from Ann O’Brien again. RUN TO DURKIN FOR ALL RENTAL!!! This house was by far the worst management experience I have ever had. Upon arrival, management requires you pickup the keys in person (fine). After picking up the keys, we return to the house and the key won’t work. After calling them, they tell us that ownership changed the locks a few weeks ago and they are trying to get new keys. So they gave us a code for the keypad (which they should’ve done originally). Upon entering the house, in one of the bedrooms; the mattress pad was off the bed and stuffed in the closet. After retrieving it from the closet, we discovered it was soaked in pee from the previous tenants and still damp… absolutely disgusting and unsure how a cleaning crew could miss this. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, the house smelled like trash. The house is advertised as having one queen bed which doesn’t exist. For a $5k/week rental, this was an absolute disaster. RUN”

“Our original living situation fell through so we booked this place after couch-surfing at family and friend's for a few nights after arrival. You get what you pay for. Cons: 1. house uncleaned, front door left opened, pet hair on bedding/couches - we had to schedule cleaning through the host and run a lint remover on everything to avoid allergy reactions 2. small and need maintenance/updates - the towel holder closest to the shower was half falling off the wall so we had to avoid using it, the bath mats smelled and felt like they hadn't been washed, the only provided baking sheet didn't fit the oven at all, this is the only oven I had come across that was so old that it didn't beep when it reached the designated temperature, coffeemaker kept leaking (only further issue we contacted the host for) 3. we felt like we had to just suck it up after our message and photo of the leaking coffeemaker received no response from the host/property management company Pro: location”

“Great place for two families to stay together. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Kids had a great time playing ping pong and pool. Short drive to town beach and house came with beach chairs. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of laundry detergent and dish soap mid season. Appreciated the deck space, laundry machines, parking (for 4), and extra pillows and linens in upstairs bedroom. Notes: communication was delayed and incomplete (calling seemed to be best option, but still sometimes delayed), need to bring or rent linens (towels and sheets) and our rental was missing items that we never received, beds come with 2-4 pillows and a blanket (you may need more blankets and pillow cases), deep cleaning and basic maintenance needed, check in at realtor down by Monahan’s and cash refundable deposit needed for Kelly Beach access pass. Overall, quiet location that was easy to get to that worked for our needs and some lessons learned to share.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay in Narragansett! The house was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen with anything you could possibly need. The patio was beautiful and private with nice seating. The grass area to have a fire is closer to the road but did not bother us. The view of Narrow River was beautiful! The only disappointments were there was no access to the river from the house as the dock is on private property. Also there is no beach pass included with this property. Overall would recommend staying here! Good location close by driving to several beaches, restaurants and stores.”

“The airbnb is in a good location and is definitely very spacious. However, whether linens and towels would be provided or not was very unclear. Additionally, the host takes a tremendously long time to respond both before the stay and during the stay. The place wasn’t disgusting or anything but it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned properly for our visit. You are also required to pick up the keys at another location which feels unnecessary as the door has a lock pad and the keys you pick up is just the code. Nothing too problematic but some unclear instructions, lack of communication, and cleanliness issues that would deter me from staying there again.”
