“Needs more than 1 hook on back of bathroom door Need more than 1 little lamp in bedroom fartherest from the Kitchen. Other rooms had more options Fans need cleaning (dust the blades) Were unable to watch any Netflix entire time. Office was unable to follow through to fix. This was very disappointing and frustrating for us spending so much time trying to figure it out and getting no results. Instructions for streaming services should be provided within the unit if different from Live TV, like which remote to use.. Front door peephole was completely useless people due to being placed too high The pool was clean and very enjoyable. We used the extra bath towels for the pool. Thank you for providing beach chairs. Very little water pressure in bathroom sink in bedroom nearest the living room. Nothing done about it until after we left. Lamp to left of sofa not working (plugged in under sofa? Not switched) Some medicine cabinets missing shelves All costs are not included in Air Bnb ads.”

“The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for our group of 7 people. The kids loved the pool and the beach being so close for them to be able to walk around. Would stay there again without a doubt!”

“We had such a beautiful stay here. It was so spacious for our large family. Beds were comfortable. Access to the beach was easy and not too crowded. There was great restaurants within walking distance. I am very picky when it comes to cleaning so for my taste the kitchen could use a deep clean but overall the cleanliness was good. Kitchen was fully furnished as the description says. We definitely will stay here again.”

“One of the elevators at the building repeatedly got stuck (with people inside of it!!) and both elevator’s inspection certificates were long expired - 2 years for one, 3 years for the other. Providing just one roll of TP per bathroom is downright insane for over 500 dollars a night lol…. The apartment was nice and comfortable. Had everything you wanted as far as location. I don’t think we would stay here again though based on the elevator situation.”
