Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals

“We had a big family and the place comfortably fit all of us in. The house was well equipped and clean. A short drive to the ski resort and restaurants. Just the hot water wasn’t sufficient if the bathrooms were used at the same time.”

“Overall, the lodging and location were an excellent fit for our group (4 adults and 4 children). We ended up skiing Taos instead of Angel Fire due to snow conditions, but the unit was an excellent place to settle down each night. I'm not sure whether these units are typically rented via AirBnb or directly with Angel Fire Resort, but the main difficulty we experienced was during check-in. The address listed on AirBnb is "20 Vail Ave" which is a house down the street and NOT where the rental is located. Also, the address listed for check-in at Angel Fire Lodge is 10 Miller Ave, but both Waze and Google Maps interpret that address as the bottom of the main ski lift at Angel Fire, not the actual entrance to the lodge. When we called the number provided in order to clarify all of these details, we were placed on hold, repeatedly, with no answer or follow-up. We eventually located the unit on our own, but it was a huge hassle after a long day of driving. Not a great start.”

“Cozy property that fit three families well. The host was accommodating and responsive to our questions. About a 10 minute easy drive to Angel Fire resort.”

“This spot was definitely within walking distance of the resort. It took us about ten minutes in our ski boots to get to the lift. Because of lack of snow, we skied at Taos for two days and then Angel Fire for our last day even though we stayed at Angel Fire. Now that I know you can easily drive to Angel Fire, Taos, and Red River, it’s not as important to me to stay right on the resort, and I think I’d save money and stay farther away next time.”

“The house was clean and very beautiful. There wasn’t enough trash bags, dishwasher pods for a 4 day stay.”

“Our stay was great. The host put out Christmas decorations, and our grandsons really were excited about that. Deer visits were very exciting too. House was fully stocked as advertised. Might think about a TV in upstairs bedroom, but IPAD came in handy. Had a mishap with our small dog and a rug. Meagan contacted me immediately to discuss a plan. We plan on a return visit to this home as the location was great.”
