“From the start Danny and Andrea were incredible. They answered all my questions quickly. The guest portal is nice, gives a lot of info and made check-in seamless. The property itself was a cute carriage house. Even though there is a main house on the property, this felt very private and was extremely quiet. The inside was very clean and comfortable for my stay. It was in a great location. Simple 5 minute walk through a beautiful historic neighborhood and I was in the middle of everything Downtown St Augustine has to offer. I would definitely stay hear again or at another one of Danny and Andreas properties.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Treetop Cottage! The place is lovely and we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed sitting at the Coffee House in the mornings having our morning coffee. Thank you to Diane and Theo for welcoming us at the Coffee Houseand for the complimentary cup of coffee which was so good! Everything is in walking distance and so close. We look forward to coming back for another stay in the future.”

“We live in Tampa Bay and wanted to visit St Augustine. It was nice to find Andrea and Danny’s place that fit every check box we had. Beyond clean, comfy and adorable. EZ to find and get in and out of. The ceiling fan above the primary stopped working and we let them know. Before we got home for the day they had taken care of it. The bed was extremely comfortable.
