“What a beautiful house! We loved having the fire pit right in our backyard. Even though the houses are close together, it was a very peaceful neighborhood. Hot tub was great!! Loved all the included stuff in the garage (beach chairs and wagon) - we never ended up walking far but we did take the wagon in my car and drove to nearby beaches - Packard Park was lovely and private feeling, North Beach was huge and had a great play area for the kids! My small family with 2 kids stayed in the basement while the rest of my family slept upstairs. My suggestions are minor - the basement bedroom closet could use some shelves or something, and a mirror in that room would be nice. My brother stayed in the bunkbed room upstairs and said he could have used a dresser of some sort in their closet. And they could use more towel hooks in the main bathroom upstairs for pool towels to dry on. The bathrooms were lovely and spacious, though! The host was lovely and helpful. Thanks for a great family trip!”

“Our eight adult group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The description is very accurate. The main floor has one small bedroom with the bunk beds. All the other five bedrooms upstairs are small except for the large one connected the bathroom. There's not much insulation or privacy with the style of doors but comfortable for the group and the second floor deck was a wonderful bonus. Perks included plenty of towels (including beach towels) and games. Also appreciated the plenty of seating for 8 in the living room, indoor dining room, and outdoor dining. We used the grill, hot tub, and fire pit. All working and very enjoyable! In previous reviews the upstairs heat was mentioned. We were there in Sept with lows/highs 60s/80s. It did get a little warm during the day but there was a plethora of fans and an indepent AC unit in the large upstairs bedroom that helped. The kitchen is adequately stocked for decent cooking (not gourmet). The hosts were phenomenal and we did not run into any issues.”

“This house was amazing. It had great amenities and a great layout for a big family. Everyone had there own space as well as multiple common space areas. The host was great at communicating if we had any issues and were very prompt getting things sorted for us. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This place is amazing! Beautiful and comfortable. We were in town to have senior pictures taken for my daughter and wanted a place to be comfortable, with a lot of space and this over delivered! We felt welcomed and appreciated as the host quickly responded to our inquiries.”

“This home is amazing, honestly even better than the pictures. Proximity to beach and town is great, everything was clean, two sets of washer dryers, very responsive hosts, and a good amount of beach supplies to borrow (although would recommend packing some of your own beach towels). Would absolutely stay again!!”

“Amazing house for large groups. Hosts are very helpful if you have any issues during your stay. Not an issue but just a heads up in case someone else has the same confusion. There are two bedrooms on the first floor separate by a sliding door. The photo shows two twin beds but the caption of the photo says it is being upgraded to a king bed. When we stayed in August 2026 it is still two twin beds.”

“We had a great time! The house was excellent, check-in and checkout was EZ. We walked to the beach only a couple of blocks. The area is very nice and we will be back. Had no issues and had everything we needed”

“Wonderful place. House was clean, kitchen is great, and it had everything we needed. Appreciated some little (ziploc bags, other random kitchen nice-to-haves) and big (4x beach chairs, lots of sand toys) details that made it an easy trip. House could accommodate a much larger group for sure but we stayed with our three kids 9-13. They got the nice basement to themselves, my wife and I had upstairs to ourselves, win/win! Walked to South Beach multiple times each day. Host was very responsive.”
