Anaheim Vacation House
4.73Visit website
Anaheim Vacation House's guest rating of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Only complaint was 10PM quiet hours were strictly enforced via ring camera so pool and hot tub would be off limits after 10PM sharp. Amenities and home was great. Location was right off the highway and had a Walmart close by for getting supplies.”airbnb

“The house itself was nice, we really liked the pool outside , not sure if it’s possible to cool out the water in pool as was boiling due to the hear outside. The house requires excessive paperwork for check in, extra work for check out ( like washing pool towels) and the CA rules that doesn’t allow anyone outside from 10:00pm to 9:00 am was to harsh on us.”airbnb

“The house itself is nice and clean. The backyard door alarm goes off every time someone goes outside, which became annoying, and parking is very limited. My main issue was with management. Before booking, I clearly told them we were celebrating my daughter’s first birthday. I also asked about music and was told to keep it within city noise rules, which I agreed to. I even told them in advance that we would have tables and chairs set up, and no one said it would be a problem. After everything was set up, Donna called and told us we had to leave. She wouldn’t let me explain and immediately threatened to send security. If tables, chairs, or a small birthday gathering weren’t allowed, they should have told me before accepting my booking. Better communication would have avoided this situation. I would not stay here again. Too strict for the amount they’ve asked and they are watching you.”airbnb

“We stayed here July 2026 as a family of six. The house is spacious, the bathrooms are very nice and updated. Fun games for the kids in the garage (ping pong and pool), pool area was fantastic. Beds were all very comfortable. There were extra strollers in garage, pool towels, and plenty of outdoor seating. We did have an issue that we had to report to Airbnb, as the host is recording pool activity on two Ring cameras. We had minor children with us and were not comfortable with the filming of our children in swim suits. You have no idea who's viewing that footage. Someone was actively viewing the live feed while we were out by the pool. Drive to Disney was about 20 minutes with decent traffic most days, farther than we expected. There are cheap tablecloths with plastic covering them on every table in the house... reminded me of a low-end hotel. Couches were also cheap and not very comfortable. Overall, not the best, not the worst. We would pick a different place next time.”airbnb

“The home accommodated our group of 12, but supplies were limited, only one paper towel roll per day and no basic kitchen essentials like salt and pepper. The pool area was great, though the rules were very strict. The checkout process was also more involved than expected, including washing the pool towels despite paying a cleaning fee. The price was very high for the quality.”airbnb

“We felt like we had a curfew and bed time. Doors must stay closed all times, can’t be in game room past 10pm or quietly in hot tub past 10pm. Some tv’s didn’t work and lights in bathrooms on a 3 minute timer to turn off. I had to open the shower to wave hand so light would come back on.”airbnb

“It was ok. Some rules from the city others were house rules but felt so strict to where we couldn’t even enjoy ourselves. Pool was nice but by a highway so lots of noise and cars backfiring late at night. Ironic since we couldn’t even sit outside past 10. House was clean but showers we’re old and almost felt like we were gonna break the faucets off just turning on the shower.”airbnb

“The property was decent, but I did not enjoy my stay because there were too many unnecessary rules and restrictions. Instead of feeling relaxed on vacation, it felt like I had to constantly worry about following a long list of requirements. Another major issue was the security lights, which were very bright and irritating, especially at night, making it difficult to fully relax. Future guests should carefully review all the rules before booking to make sure this property is a good fit for them.”airbnb

“Overall it was a good stay however house was extremely outdated. Bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely old. A crazy amount of dust present. Carpet had lots of stains and could tell it has never been replaced. Pack and plays were old and I found an open safety pin and bandaids in one. Good location but will not stay again”airbnb

“Unfortunately, our experience was very uncomfortable. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were being monitored and watched. This made it hard to relax and feel at ease. There are no less than 4 cameras monitoring the exterior. We covered the patio camera with the hopes of a simple cup of coffee and a private conversation but received a text later that day that said, "Please remove whatever is covering the camera." There were so many rules and restrictions that it didn't feel welcoming or private. While the outside and yard was beautiful, the inside of the place felt dated and not well maintained. Overall we were uncomfortable enough that our family decided not to stay for the entire booking. Privacy, comfort, and feeling welcome are important when booking an Airbnb, and unfortunately, this place did not provide those things.”airbnb
