“Owners didn’t disclose excessively difficult and annoying alarms on the doors to the outside pool. While we appreciated their focus on safety around pools for children there are other ways to achieve that or should disclose. While they were incredibly strict about noise and abiding by city ordinances cds they had excessively loud alarms you could hear from the street that our kids set off all the time because they’re kids. Even us adults would set them off accidentally. The owners also clearly were constantly watching us on their outdoor cameras. While they did disclose the use of exterior cameras we didn’t expect them to be watching constantly. We had 4 adults outside at 10:06pm speaking in low to normal tones having a calm conversation and they texted us to go inside. As a former City Council member myself I understand abiding by city code which the owners clearly prioritize. That said, the code doesn’t say people can’t have conversations outside it says don’t engage in loud activity”

“Very close to Disney, house as pictured. Lots of space and beds for families looking for that. Multiple living rooms, areas to spend time in. Bed is super comfy and lovely pillows. The neighbors were definitely not thrilled about an airbnb being there. We got some profanities yelled towards the house by pedestrians, neighbors across the street. The shower/tub in master is very nice. Lots of beds and rooms each with its own tv. Nice pool, extra charge for heating. Ice maker needs cleaned. Had some condiments in cabinet which was helpful. Overall really appreciate the accomodations this host has offered. Thank you for having us, would recommend for families!”

“Unfortunately, this was my worst Airbnb experience. Excessive rules, two calls, a 22-page contract, and repeated checkout texts made us feel treated like a problem. The home was worn, with wall damage, worn furniture, exterior cameras, pool alarms, and a faulty jacuzzi app/heater. The garage game room was disappointing, and communication was rude. I would not stay here again.”

“Only complaint was 10PM quiet hours were strictly enforced via ring camera so pool and hot tub would be off limits after 10PM sharp. Amenities and home was great. Location was right off the highway and had a Walmart close by for getting supplies.”

“The house itself was nice, we really liked the pool outside , not sure if it’s possible to cool out the water in pool as was boiling due to the hear outside. The house requires excessive paperwork for check in, extra work for check out ( like washing pool towels) and the CA rules that doesn’t allow anyone outside from 10:00pm to 9:00 am was to harsh on us.”

“The house itself is nice and clean. The backyard door alarm goes off every time someone goes outside, which became annoying, and parking is very limited. My main issue was with management. Before booking, I clearly told them we were celebrating my daughter’s first birthday. I also asked about music and was told to keep it within city noise rules, which I agreed to. I even told them in advance that we would have tables and chairs set up, and no one said it would be a problem. After everything was set up, Donna called and told us we had to leave. She wouldn’t let me explain and immediately threatened to send security. If tables, chairs, or a small birthday gathering weren’t allowed, they should have told me before accepting my booking. Better communication would have avoided this situation. I would not stay here again. Too strict for the amount they’ve asked and they are watching you.”

“We felt like we had a curfew and bed time. Doors must stay closed all times, can’t be in game room past 10pm or quietly in hot tub past 10pm. Some tv’s didn’t work and lights in bathrooms on a 3 minute timer to turn off. I had to open the shower to wave hand so light would come back on.”

“I was disappointed with the lack of correspondence to my inquiries after the company got my money. I have screenshots where my messages were read but no one responded to them. Also, this house could be great but it has maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Missing kitchen cabinet doors, only bathtub has a broken tub stopper so it doesn't hold water, master bathroom toilet broken our entire stay, wall patches that haven't been painted, and a few broken items. You don't feel welcome with all the rules taped to the walls with the DO NOT rules, including a $150 charge for a broken or lost television remote. There was a very heavy bleach smell in the entire home but it was so overpowering in the master bedroom it was unusable the first night. There were never an apologies for the problems, only a very rude person that said they would make a note of my concerns.”

“Good vacation home overall. Lots of space, beds were comfortable. Good bang for your buck if you’re not too picky. Multiple things throughout the house were broken & obviously not maintained. Cleanliness was overall OK. A few hairs found in the bathroom and on the carpet, and some dishes in the cupboards being sticky / dirty. Also, one of the restrooms did not have hand soap, not a big deal but usually restrooms do have hand soap. Having a curfew to be outside was a bit of a deal breaker. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool or game room much after long days out and about. Communication with the host was not the best. I was asked to book through an outside link and submit ID and etc. After this step, my information was under review for multiple days. I reached out to the host multiple times but did not receive a response until after my 3rd attempt, eventually they did get back to me, and thankfully no hiccups during check in after that.”

“I really liked the house, it looks even worse. I had a problem with the heating of the water which brought me a malaise and it was solved but I was a long time without hot water and brought us discomfort.”
