“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. It was homely and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and there were loads of bath/pool towels. The garden was brilliant, with a great pool and BBQ area, and the kids enjoyed all the wildlife and fishing off the dock. The location is also great, conveniently close to beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants. Leslie always responded very quickly to our questions, which was very much appreciated when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house.”

“Leslie’s place was incredible! The photos were accurate and the pool was honestly even more beautiful than the photos. It felt like we were in a tropical paradise! There were a few small hitches with our WiFi and AC but the property management folks had people out within 30 minutes of me calling to resolve them. We loved it and would absolutely stay there again!”

“Great place to stay, especially if you have a boat and children! The dock was nice and clean. I was able to spray the boat down with the provided hose from the house. The saltwater pool was amazing and the pool area provided shade and sun. The grill worked flawlessly. The house was peaceful and had cold AC. The kitchen was set up well and had plenty of utensils, silverware and pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. We had a few issues with a broken blind, lights not working in a bathroom and a broken ice machine in the kitchen. Leslie was super responsive and had maintenance out to resolve everything very quickly, nothing that made our experience there inconvenient. Parking is good with our truck and trailer. Trash and recycling bins were easily accessed and we left with zero trash in them. We had neighbors but barely noticed they were around with all the trees and shrubs surrounding the property, just a calm peaceful retreat.”

“Nice house with all functional appliances, internet, TV, washer /dryer, grill, pool. Also, the beds, cooking utensils were great. Parking was a small challenge with 20’ trailer, but it seems they would allow me to park in the gravel yard; but you should ask permission. The responsiveness of our hostess, Leslie, was what was most impressive. While we could not arrive prior to our designed check-in, due to a prior rental/cleaning the property, she tried to accommodate. Also, Key Colony is a strict community, but if you want a safe, mostly quiet area, this is the place.”
