Amazing Home in Orlando LLC

“The amenities included are absolutely amazing. The 2 clubhouses that are included, had lots to do for all of our ages of children. It kept them entertained & we felt like it was a beautiful space with close food, bar & music. The private pool at the house itself was also very helpful & nice to have. When the adults were over the waterpark, we could go back to relax while the kids could still swim & enjoy themselves. The house itself was nice & as described, our only con was the cleanliness. Whoever is cleaning the unit definitely could pay closer attention to detail, it just is noticeably not being deep cleaned. The dishwasher has the most rancid smell & buildup I’ve ever seen. So if you are going to stay here, I do advise bringing your own plastic utensils and cups. The bathrooms could be well scrubbed, and we did have hair on our towel towels. We also didn’t have enough of just the basic necessities that we needed for our trip. I.E kitchen towels, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.”

“Not very clean. Upon arrival the host was quick at responding and I was excited to spend my time at this Airbnb. Once I got there I noticed stains on the floor, sheets, pillowcases, pullout couch had crumbs and dirty sheets, and floors were not vaccumed. Took a picture and sent to host, requested for someone to please just come clean. After sending requested photos they quit responding, Airbnb intervened and I was offered a refund. Before checking out random packages kept coming to the door. Tried to contact the host to see where they wanted me to put them, im assuming they werw angry due to intervention so they didnt respond. Took video of me cleaning the Airbnb and leaving, would not recommend this place. Never stayed at in Airbnb that was so bare basic and dirty. Host seems to care about bookings and quick turn around time. Cutting corners when cleaning is gross. Do better. Hoping Airbnb convinced them to clean everything.”

“The place was well worth the amenities. Very spacious and peaceful. Does need some better management when it comes to cleaning and maintenance.”

“The home is nice but needs work done. I wouldn't come back . The photos mislead me. Panels came off wall in master bedroom ,Pillows cases had stains and towels had hair on it , Ac wasn't blowing out cool air after we were told the compressor went out , The sliding door didn't close properly, Dishes were dirty. It's seems that everyone that's stays has the same problem when you read reviews and they tell you when you book that it's been fixed when it's really not unfortunately i didn't see the bad reviews until after i paid and few days before my trip”

“Please stay away from this property. I wish I could upload all the photos I took. 1. Sheets and towels * There were hairs everywhere, and the linens looked unclean. 2. Bedroom and bathroom * The toilet seat and the area around it had not been properly cleaned. 3. Garage game room * The games did not work, so we couldn't use the room as advertised. * We also found cockroaches on the floor. 4. Kitchen * There was no cutting board. * The pots and pans were old, dirty, and too small for our group. * There was not enough silverware available. 5. Sofa bed * There were no clean sheets provided, and the mattress was covered in yellow stains. It was disgusting. 6. Unexpected visitors * Don't be surprised if a stranger rings the doorbell. A handyman showed up unexpectedly to make repairs while we were staying there. The host never informed us that anyone would be coming. Everyone was exhausted and stressed from the first day until the last.”

“We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the home had not been properly cleaned, maintained, or inspected before our arrival. Upon entering the home, we noticed numerous dirty handprints and stains on the walls, including stains upstairs that appeared to be dirt or possibly other substances. The overall cleanliness of the property was far below what should be expected from a vacation rental. The kitchen was also unacceptable. The pots and pans provided were rusted, deteriorating, and falling apart. The oven was filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. Several towels had visible dirt stains on them, making us question whether they had even been washed prior to our arrival. Outside, there was a significant amount of confetti and debris left around the pool area from previous guests. The patio itself was extremely dirty, with rust stains, dirt buildup, and a general lack of maintenance.”

“As a frequent traveler, I book accommodations for large groups, typically 7 adults and 2 children. Recently, I reserved an Airbnb that supposedly had a queen-sized bed in one room and bunk beds in another. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find only two bedrooms. I attempted to contact customer service, but no one answered. When I texted Airbnb, they simply replied that the description was accurate according to their website. My concern was, where would the remaining adults sleep? Unfortunately, some of us had to resort to sleeping on the floor. This experience has led me to reconsider booking with Airbnb in the future.”

“This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The first house was dirty and unsanitary, with broken outlets and conditions that were not acceptable for any guest, especially a family. After raising the issue, we were moved to a second apartment, but that one was even worse in other ways. It had a roach infestation and a broken screen door, which created serious safety and security concerns. What made this even more frustrating was having to unpack and repack multiple times, stay available for repair attempts, and deal with problems that should have been addressed before check-in. The property did not match basic expectations of cleanliness, safety, or habitability. I documented everything with photos and videos, but the overall experience was stressful, disappointing, and unacceptable.”

“Getting to the property was a nightmare. It took us about 20 minutes just to get through the security gate, and we never received a parking pass. We were greated with dirty towels, garbage on the floor, a BLUNT on the patio, a weed smell throughoit the inside and outside of the home, and hair on the pillows. We had people living in the unit above us, as they were pretty noisy. The host ensured us that there was no one there, but we ever went outside and saw lights on upstairs. The water park areas are packed, and to get to the other location, plan on about 20-30 minutes just to get over there at the minimum. Communication was terrible, and my family does not recommend anyone staying here.”

“AVOID THIS HOST & HOME!! Check-in was delayed due to cleaning, which we understood but the home was completely unacceptable. Bedding was missing (no comforters - the host said they’re for the private owners), & what was there was stained, covered in hair & smelled sprayed rather than washed. Guests’ clothes were left behind in a closet. Hair was in sinks and showers, floors were filthy (our feet turned black), counters dirty, burnt food in the oven, & dishes put away unclean. The master shower doesn’t drain properly. Pool area was dirty with toy, hygiene liner, broken fencing & damaged patio furniture. Washer was filthy & clogged with detergent. This is just a short list. We had to buy pillows and wash bedding ourselves just to make it livable. Host was unhelpful and ignored calls. It took 3 days for a poor floor cleaning attempt. Listing photos are misleading. We’ve stayed in Florida many, many times & in other homes in this area with different hosts and this was the worst trip!”
