Amazing Home in Orlando LLC

“We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the home had not been properly cleaned, maintained, or inspected before our arrival. Upon entering the home, we noticed numerous dirty handprints and stains on the walls, including stains upstairs that appeared to be dirt or possibly other substances. The overall cleanliness of the property was far below what should be expected from a vacation rental. The kitchen was also unacceptable. The pots and pans provided were rusted, deteriorating, and falling apart. The oven was filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. Several towels had visible dirt stains on them, making us question whether they had even been washed prior to our arrival. Outside, there was a significant amount of confetti and debris left around the pool area from previous guests. The patio itself was extremely dirty, with rust stains, dirt buildup, and a general lack of maintenance.”

“As a frequent traveler, I book accommodations for large groups, typically 7 adults and 2 children. Recently, I reserved an Airbnb that supposedly had a queen-sized bed in one room and bunk beds in another. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find only two bedrooms. I attempted to contact customer service, but no one answered. When I texted Airbnb, they simply replied that the description was accurate according to their website. My concern was, where would the remaining adults sleep? Unfortunately, some of us had to resort to sleeping on the floor. This experience has led me to reconsider booking with Airbnb in the future.”

“This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The first house was dirty and unsanitary, with broken outlets and conditions that were not acceptable for any guest, especially a family. After raising the issue, we were moved to a second apartment, but that one was even worse in other ways. It had a roach infestation and a broken screen door, which created serious safety and security concerns. What made this even more frustrating was having to unpack and repack multiple times, stay available for repair attempts, and deal with problems that should have been addressed before check-in. The property did not match basic expectations of cleanliness, safety, or habitability. I documented everything with photos and videos, but the overall experience was stressful, disappointing, and unacceptable.”

“Getting to the property was a nightmare. It took us about 20 minutes just to get through the security gate, and we never received a parking pass. We were greated with dirty towels, garbage on the floor, a BLUNT on the patio, a weed smell throughoit the inside and outside of the home, and hair on the pillows. We had people living in the unit above us, as they were pretty noisy. The host ensured us that there was no one there, but we ever went outside and saw lights on upstairs. The water park areas are packed, and to get to the other location, plan on about 20-30 minutes just to get over there at the minimum. Communication was terrible, and my family does not recommend anyone staying here.”

“AVOID THIS HOST & HOME!! Check-in was delayed due to cleaning, which we understood but the home was completely unacceptable. Bedding was missing (no comforters - the host said they’re for the private owners), & what was there was stained, covered in hair & smelled sprayed rather than washed. Guests’ clothes were left behind in a closet. Hair was in sinks and showers, floors were filthy (our feet turned black), counters dirty, burnt food in the oven, & dishes put away unclean. The master shower doesn’t drain properly. Pool area was dirty with toy, hygiene liner, broken fencing & damaged patio furniture. Washer was filthy & clogged with detergent. This is just a short list. We had to buy pillows and wash bedding ourselves just to make it livable. Host was unhelpful and ignored calls. It took 3 days for a poor floor cleaning attempt. Listing photos are misleading. We’ve stayed in Florida many, many times & in other homes in this area with different hosts and this was the worst trip!”

“This home was infested with large bed bugs and caused our trip to end 3 days earlier than expected, ruining my child’s birthday. The host didn’t accommodate for the terrible experience and lack of knowledge of the infestation. I did receive a refund for the unused days (forced to evacuate) but no accountability or refund for 4 days worth of bed bug bites. The staff for the host was responsive however, said they would send someone to investigate and they never came. The home was simple and had the necessary basics to enjoy a relaxing trip. Furniture and pots/pans had a lot of wear and tear.”

“DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOME! We found hair on the bedding sheets, dirty microwave, broken bed by previous guest so the cleaners left the mattress on floor with no base, pool was dirty with paper on the bottom of pool and even a hanger inside, the sofa bed was not vacuumed. Visible stains on the towels, even found a piece of sticky paper that belongs to a feminine product! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOME!!!!!”

“DONT STAY HERE ! BAD HOST!! Upon arrival I noticed we don’t have ANY wash cloths. Check in was at 3pm. I didn’t receive towels until 12:30pm the NEXT DAY! I was constantly writing the host to get someone to bring us towels and they took hours to respond. Kept giving me the run around about the towels. Completely unacceptable especially knowing there isn’t a front desk where I can go and get towels.”

“We stayed for 3 nights and, unfortunately, our experience did not match what was advertised. We’ve stayed in Airbnbs around the world, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. The home is beautiful, but the stay was defined by repeated issues and lack of follow-through. Only 3 of the 5 beds were usable for most of our stay—one had only a dirty sheet, and promised linens and blanket were delayed until the end of our stay. Towels were only provided for three people in a group of six, along with limited basic amenities. The walkway had glass and debris including metal and rebar, which we had to clean ourselves to make it safe. Despite repeated calls and messages just to address basic needs, issues were delayed or unresolved, creating unnecessary stress throughout the stay. While the property looks nice, it was poorly managed, not properly prepared for guests, and did not reflect what was advertised. Renter beware”
