“We ended up at the Bond House as a result of an issue upon check in at the house we originally booked. We arrived to find the maintenance crew in the house working on the water heater. We reached out to Altamira and within an hour and a half they had us checked into the Bond house as an alternative. It was unfortunate that we arrived at the the house to find an issue and had to reach out rather than proactively notified, however once we got in touch with Altamira, Lars and Michael found us two rentals with the same specs as the house we booked to choose from and got the house ready quickly. We greatly appreciated their efficiency in getting us into a house after the long trip from the East Coast. If you have the opportunity to book your Palm Springs rental with Altamira Vacation Rentals we highly recommend it and if we return to the area will rent with them. “The house is beautiful and exactly as it looks in the photos. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. The location is great- very private and also in walking distance to downtown Palm Springs restaurants. Minor things that could be improved: there’s hardly any space to put your luggage and clothes; only very few, small drawers. And you’re not allowed to set the a/c below 74; we were hot at night, but at least they do provide box fans in the bedrooms.”
