Alpine Meadows Management's guest rating of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great stay at a lovely house above Breckenridge. Private area, a few minutes drive from town in a quite setting. House is very well equipped, very family friendly. Only drawback is anyone with mobility issues - there are a lot of stairs. Lovely deck and hot tub. Two car garage, east parking for two cars. House in good shape.”airbnb

“great location and a nice place. apartment was clean. could use some updating with new rugs and kitchen supplies. it feels a little worn but was overall still comfortable. i expect these apartments get beat up in the winter season, so hard to keep fresh. overall was fine. would be great if it had the little touchups and updates to feel more comfortable.”airbnb

“Great location downtown. The condo is spacious and very clean. We’ve stayed here twice - once in winter and once in the summer. Convenient to bus in the winter time and conveniently walkable to downtown, especially in summer. Condo is clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the condo is not equipped with a washer and dryer. This is noted in the listing. There are washers and dryers in the basement for a fee, and they operate on quarters only. $2.75 each for wash and dry cycle or 22 coins. If you plan on doing a load of laundry, you’ll need to bring a roll of quarters with you or else try and find a store that can spare some. Luckily the second store I visited had enough in the register. Banks closed on Saturday. Will also note that during both our stays the pool/hot tub were closed. This stay the hot tub was drained and the pool heater was broken, so more of a cold plunge! Nonetheless, I would still recommend booking as the condo itself and the location are great”airbnb

“We had a great stay at this condo. Very clean and we loved how close we were to walk to shops and restaurants on Main Street.”airbnb

“Nice location. Lots of beds to meet our needs. Clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was comfy. Upstairs bedrooms do not have any ventilation and occupants were very warm at night even with fans. The pool and hot tub were not heated as advertised. We selected this place because our grandchildren wanted a heated pool and hot tub. Great location and accessibility to downtown.”airbnb

“If you desire to rent an Airbnb with the following deficiencies, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Imagine a sliding glass door that’s very difficult to close and doesn’t lock. That said, the shower door frame is partially detached in one corner, making it difficult to close the door. The baseboard heaters are antiquated and there’re areas where the paint has worn off. An electrical outlet in the bedroom has a poor connection and it didn’t securely retain the extension cord. The wall to wall carpeting throughout the unit is dark blue to match the dark cabinets and molding. THE condition and decor is dated by at least 3 DECADES. The list is almost endless. We’ll leave the rest to your imagination.”airbnb

“We had a terrible experience as the beds in both bedrooms would sink, making it almost impossible to rest. Make sure to double check that the beds in the unit you rent are in decent condition and report it early if they're not so you can get a refund. Otherwise, mediocre apartment close to main street. 15 min walk of th closest lift but there is bus that will take you closer (every 30 minutes). there's a supermarket 3 mins away”airbnb

“For the price that I paid, I would hope that it would have been decently equipped. It felt like they provided the bones to a great stay but felt like they missed heavily in some of the easiest small things. The wine openers were terrible, couldn’t open a wine bottle, no scissors, many of the electrical outlets didn’t work, the tv was unusable. I booked it as the cheapest option available, but some of these things felt like a miss at any price. All in all, for what was the cheapest listing in a great location, AWESOME! But above and beyond, I think there were some misses that could be addressed incredibly easy so that’s while I’m giving it a 4/5 stars. If you want the cheapest option to ski, great location, but if you are gonna spend any time or desire to cook in an evening, I would suggest paying a little extra and finding a better place that attempts to be excellent at at the price range.”airbnb
