“Condo is clean and well maintained. The location is incredible, a short walk to the Warm Springs lift. The only down side is that you have to check in at the management office, which is on the other end of town.”

“A very pretty condo. Great sunny Mountain View from balcony. Great stocked kitchen with high-end appliances. Location ideal for walking to town and tennis courts. Everything looks new/remodeled. Pretty tile large shower in primary bedroom. The living room is small and only comfortably seats 3 people. Need another love seat or comfortable chair. My biggest drawback was the awful, cheap, not soft bedding. Ugh- maybe it’s what the agency stocks. Thread-bare old, thin, cotton blanket on beds, white stock sheets that were not soft or cozy, and the comforter had to go asap as it’s like a 50-pound lead blanket. It was unusable. The agency doesn’t care, same ol same ol versus renting from a private owner. I asked, ‘is there a speaker for music?’ Them: I have no idea. I also asked, ‘can we get cushions for the outdoor cool metal chairs on balcony?’ Them: NO. Love the beautiful condo, ALPINE agency lacking.”

“The place its self was cozy and had everything we needed. Beautiful location and loved the porch. However I am extremely annoyed at the management company that we were not notified prior to arrival that the dishwasher was broken. The day of arrival we were told handymen would be coming to replace. After a very long travel day w kids this was not ideal. They spent a significant amount of amount of time to only to determine it was a big job and they would not be able to replace that day. I did not want people in and out while we were there so it was left unusable and we did not have a dishwasher our whole stay. Which is not ideal on vacation.”

“This Atelier condo was perfect and the AC was the icing on the cake! Alpine Properties mentioned a digital guide book which required a confirmation number for access. This number is not the Airbnb confirmation number it is one they generate. It was very unclear how to log into it and it has all the check out information. I had to ask more than once for help to access this information before I could log in. Just a heads up…”

“The room was as described, peaceful and family-friendly. However, the Internet was horrible, with three days with no service and two nights of the Internet working only after 0200 AM. When I asked Alpine for assistance on Wednesday via text, the response was for me to turn the Wifi Box off and on - which I had already done, as well as restart my own laptop for access. When this did not work, I was told: "Unfortunately, there isnt (spelling error included) anything we can do about the wifi speed. Best regards" Having nearly no internet for our entire stay has complicated this work/vacation for my family and me, while having such a responsive, but unhelpful service, and for the text to ask about it at the end of our stay without ever having the decency to offer any resolution was asinine. Unless someone is looking for a glorified camping spot, I would not recommend Alpine for anyone who needs to continue working while away from home.”

“This is an Airbnb that's managed by a property manager, if you want tosign an extra lease and visit their rental office before checking in this is the place for you! (not self-check in like you might expect) once you get past that, the place is great. comfortable and nestled right along the water of a beautiful creek.”

“This condo is very nice! However, the location wasn't great due to the bridge construction on Main Street and traffic on Hwy 75 was redirected down the street this condo faces. It was very loud day and night. When we checked in after 5pm after signing everything Alpine had asked for, they left our check-in package and said they were withholding the spa key until we came in the next day with a credit card. So, we were unable to use the spa that evening after our 5 hour drive which was a big reason we booked this place. I asked for a credit to accommodate this and my request was ignored. I have never given anything less than a 5 star review on past Airbnb visits.”
