“The most spacious and perfect condo close to town! We stayed here with 2 little kids and had a blast with bunk beds and games. Appreciated the balcony for post bedtime drinks. So many walks into town - easy access to everything! Thank you for sharing your place! ❤️”

“The unit itself was very cute and roomy. It is in a great location and was overall clean and very accommodating. We had some one off issues with power and electricity in the am hours that made things inconvenient like not being able to make breakfast either day we stayed and lights not working part of the time but it seemed to be an Xcel Energy issue not the unit itself. We contacted Alpine Edge and they sent someone over to help but since it wasn’t a unit issue there wasn’t much they could do. It was nice to know they were available to help if needed though! There is a grill pictured on the patio so we brought food to grill and then realized when we got there it was not actually there so that was a bummer. Also, if you don’t like a firm mattress you may want to bring along some type of mattress pad. It is very firm which was not comfortable for either of us. There is a fancy heater in the bathroom that makes getting out of the shower to warmth very nice. Overall it was a good stay.”

“Good location and lots of room Grill didnt work, but likely due to the cold. No pool table chalk, so playing pool was basically impossible. stains on the pillows were pretty gross.”

“The only issue we had was with the hot tub. I’m assuming the property wasn’t checked over before we arrived and the hot tub was broken. The main selling point of this property was being able to relax in the hot tub after skiing all day and that wasn’t an option.”

“Hi! The neighborhood was ok; but cabin was very close to neighbors. Bedroom upstairs had stained sheets so that was concerning, especially after reading the postcard when arriving. It had basic instructions like take out trash etc but what made us all uncomfortable was explicitly stating to not strip the bed linens. Finding stained sheets made us uncomfortable, I did not find back up sheets. We expected kind size beds in two rooms but only one bedroom had a king size bed. Restrooms were really nice and the kids got a kick out of the warmed toilet seats. Kitchen was great, stocked and clean. Overall a good stay but would recommend to change the don’t strip the beds part.”

“Great location and perfect for up to 5 people but becomes too small beyond that. Storage for ski gears is very limited. Like many apartments in Breck, the air circulation is not great. Finally, at our arrival, the place could have been more clear as we found hairs in beds and stains on bedsheet. They offer to come clean the place but first impression matters. Would be great to have more than one physical key.”
