“The house is as it says it is. It was spacious and in a nice area. There were definitely a few issues—slow drains in the bathroom upstairs and a nonworking fan in a secondary bathroom—and we learned there were appliance issues when a random repair guy showed up during our stay. Honestly with just a bit more communication and housekeeping, paying more attention to detail—this would have been an easy 5-star review”

“Nice spacious home. Great area for walking or running. Love there were 5 bathrooms for each bedroom. The pool was great and having a bbq grill was awesome, however the cleaning staff could do a better job in keeping the house clean.”

“Close to 30 min to Disney. Sticky floors with disgusting sink since garbage disposal was broken and food blown over the sink. I reported these problems right after arrival. Thermostat locked at 72- no way for me to adjust until they finally came out and unlocked & adjusted it after a couple days of me telling them it’s too hot and stuffy-especially at night. In the meantime they called and told me the door had been open longer than 5 minutes and that’s why it was hot inside. I told them to NOT call me again if the door is opened longer than 5 minutes. I have 9 people I’m packing up for the day. It’s HOT inside cuz I have no way to lower thermostat below 72!!! I feel like they babysat me!!! Ugh!!72 hrs after arrival, last adult arrived & asked why the floors were sticky. That’s after they supposedly cleaned them. 3 adults had the experience of opening kitchen cabinets with sticky/gooey on them. Baseboards disgusting in kitchen. I found that out when I was cleaning cereal off the floor”

“The house was nice overall. It was large and in a good location for my family. We stayed for 7 nights. There were a bunch of issues and nothing was really take care of or acknowledged. Alpha vacations asked for my review and once I sent it to them, they didn’t respond or say anything about it. The garbage disposal didn’t work, I sent a message notifying them and that it wasn’t a big deal and we were okay with it. They sent a maintenance man to fix it while I was not there. My 2 teenage daughters were there alone and he let himself in after they didn’t answer the door. He was nice but my girls were very nervous. There was a lot of mold in the refrigerator water/ice dispenser. I sent pictures on day 2 and no one replied to my message. Mold would come out with the ice, that’s the only reason I looked at it. 2 toilets were not cleaned at all. It seemed like they hadn’t been used in a long There were 3 propane tanks, 2 were empty and one was 1/2 full. I had to fill one myself.”
