“A group of us trail runners were in town for the Wasatch 100. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of space for us to spread out, and all the kitchen essentials to prepare our own meals. It was easy to get to the start and return from the finish. We also enjoyed walking to the Capitol & the new Utah State Museum which I would recommend visiting as they're both free! Beds were very comfortable, water pressure in the bathrooms was excellent, and doing laundry post race was ideal. I'd much rather stay in an groovy old house vs. a stale new condo.”

“Dustin was very quick to respond. Few things were wrong and I let Dustin know. He was very apologetic and responded very quickly. The best part was all the favorite places he listed for us... from hiking, restaurants, grocery stores and brunch stops. Made it very easy to find great locations to visit. Made our stay very memorable.”

“I had a fabulous stay at Andrew’s place. The house is big, spacious with a balcony and garden. The views are breathtaking. Andrew was very responsive and sorted everything we have asked for. The place is 5 min walk to capitol building and 15 min walk to the temple square, a bit longer in the way back as it will be uphill. I recommend the place highly and would return again. Thank you 🙏”
