“Beautiful, unique home with lots of gathering space and beautiful bedrooms. The only negative is the kitchen is small and bathrooms are outdated.”

“I stayed almost a month and was mostly comfortable. Bed was quite comfortable. Since my stay was longer, I needed to use the kitchen which was stocked well overall. However, plates were chipped which seems like a safety hazard, and pans and cupboards could use some cleaning. The home is understandably older, as described, but musty. Great location which was the biggest benefit, and hosts are prompt, friendly and helpful.”

“Upon arrival, the house smelled clean, and at first glance, it appeared to be in good condition. However, upon closer inspection, we noticed several cleanliness issues. In the basement bedroom with the full and twin beds, there was what appeared to be dried blood on the bedroom door, and the basement-level shower was dirty and had a slimy feeling to it. The basement bedroom with the full-sized bed also had a noticeable urine-like odor on the sheets. The basement appeared as though it had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We also noticed a used sock left on the counter in the upstairs master bathroom and toddlers' undergarments in the dresser of the secondary bedroom. Also, there was noticeable grease splattered on the kitchen cabinets and dishes stuck to the drawers. There was also supposed to be two keys to the property, however there was only one. We reached out to the host and only got a "not up to our standards and we will contact the owners which nothing came of.”

“House was awesome. Nice hot tub and koi pond in the back. House was exactly what we needed. Loved the new futuristic toilet. Nice for hosting a group or family.”

“we ran into some issues along our travels and they were unwilling to assist aside from cancel and hope someone re books, we finally made it there and I walk in to what smells like an old folks home, the carpet was rippled, bed linen looked as if it was a decade old. I was just shocked with what $250/night (I believe that was a discounted rate no less) got me. idc if I was on the top of snowbird this location is over priced for what it is. I don't know how the other reviewers we as pleased as they were to have this place be a 4.88 stars but its a 1 for me.”
