“We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo! The grounds were beautifully maintained, the pool was fantastic, and the staff was absolutely perfect throughout our visit. One of the biggest perks was having direct beach access right from the building! The condo also had a closet stocked with extra beach supplies, beach towels, and cooler which made packing up for a day at the beach so convenient. A few of the beach chairs were rusted or broken and could use replacing, but they were a bonus to begin with and thankful they were there! Overall, the property was beautiful, the location was incredibly convenient, and we truly enjoyed our time here.”

“The 3 bedroom unit was very nice. It's on the top (4th) floor and is oceanfront. However, the balcony is set back and the view is partially obstructed due to next door unit's balcony. Also, it was very warm on the balcony due to the AC unit being right there blowing hot air. The inside of the unit is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, each bedroom has its own bathroom so that was great. The grounds of Papakea is beautiful, the pools are nice. However, the pickleball courts are not operational. They store construction equipment on the PB court so we could not use the court at all. There are 2 tennis court, 1 had PB lines but the net is tennis height so we couldn't use that court either. We went to some local PB courts nearby in Napili instead. We stayed at Papakea 3 years ago and loved having the PB court on site, it was very convenient, so we were disappointed we couldn't use the court this time. There is a food truck park nearby with good options. It was a great stay overall.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, the view was beautiful, and the resort staff were all very kind. The location and space were great, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the west side of Maui experienced a power outage from Friday evening until Monday morning. We completely understand this was outside of the host’s control, but it did mean we were without basic amenities like AC and refrigeration for a few days. The only disappointing part was that there wasn’t any flexibility with adjusting our reservation if we chose to stay elsewhere with power or offering a discount during the outage. Thankfully, the power returned Monday morning, and aside from that situation, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the property itself was great!”

“The listing photos did not reflect the quality of the unit upon check-in. Visible stains, hair, dust, mold, broken appliances, rust, and more riddled the unit.”

“Great place to stay! The resort that the condo is in is very nice and quiet! The amenities are lively they have a pool, walkable beach, shuffle board, putting green, and daily activities! The view is incredible and the space is very clean and nice! Will definitely come back!”

“House was beautiful. There are some things that need tending to… pool lights are out as well as garden lights. And there were a few lightbulbs throughout that need to be changed. One of the igniters on burners on stove needs servicing. All small things!”
