This was the perfect one bedroom for my stay! The best location - right on Napili Bay with direct beach access and walking distance to Sea House and Merriman’s restaurants both amazing. Cute balcony with an ocean view was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Mahalo!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this condo. There is a great view of the ocean from the lanai. We enjoyed eating our meals outside on the lanai. Once we figured out all the windows, we didn’t have any issues with being comfortable without central air (the bedrooms have air conditioning units). We also enjoyed the friendly security guard at the gate entrance and the use of the complex amenities.

Finding budget options for accommodations on Kauai is difficult, and this was a stretch for us. To be honest I was expecting to feel like I'd overpaid, however, the condo turned out to be pretty good. The location was excellent as it turns out, Kapa'a is centrally located, easy for driving either way around the island, and close to Lydgate which has one of the nicest beaches and snorkeling pools. However, the proximity to Coconut Market made the stay and earned mostly 5 stars across the board. What a super store, with the most delicious poke. When we walked into the condo, my daughter exclaimed "There's only one bed", thankfully the couch is a pull out bed and turned out to be very comfortable. Overall the place was clean, the AC worked, the water tasted good, the shower was hot, towels and linens clean. About the only thing I found disappointing was the lack of ability to make good coffee, though the small kitchen was pretty well equipped. We were happy, thank you.

The location is great. The staff at the surf and racquet club were harassing us and rude especially maintenance. We felt targeted from the moment we arrived…mainlanders. Stood outside and watched us for hours. Told us we were children. Told us to stay in our house. There was high surf but we weren’t even allowed on the back patio that was partially boarded. It was safe to store patio furniture there but we weren’t allowed to stand in there. They brought a piece of plywood and boarded up our entire view so that my 90 year old father couldn’t see the ocean from inside the townhouse. I would never recommend this place. I host a beautiful Airbnb in Montana and also have traveled many places in airbnbs and this is not how you treat guests. Never been treated so horrible. They ended up “evacuating” us with no warning. We had to find other accommodations last minute and a hotel that night. They said entire resort was evacuated which was a lie…apparently just us.

Very nice split level, 1-bedroom condo in a very quiet, relaxing, and safe area. The outdoor deck had a nice ocean view and we really enjoyed spotting the variety of birds on the lush property. The condo was nicely equipped with full kitchen appliances, utensils, towels, etc. Nice pool area we used once and it was only us. A quick 5 minute drive to local restaurants and grocery store and 15-20 minutes to a variety of activity spots in Kona. A 10 minute walk to the bay for our snorkeling and night manta ray tours was really convenient, especially when completed; we simply walked "home" from the boat dock. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay just outside of Kona.

The grounds were amazing!! The ocean view from the condo - made all the little not so great things beyond worth it! Find the path to beach a little north and have your own piece of paradise- the AC unit in 1 bedroom did not want to work- made due with fans and the main AC unit - porch area was very nice to have coffee, sit and watch the boats. Beds were extremely comfortable- great sleep-

The view is amazing. They provided everything you need for the beach. Having a washer and dryer was so great. Gets warm in the condo but they provide fans. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place is fine if you only need somewhere to stay for a few days, and communication with the host was generally good. However, the apartment is in desperate need of renovation. The furniture is very old and has a musty smell. What made the stay worse was that the AC was not working at all, which is a major No-Go and we were not told before. In addition, the bathroom ventilation barely worked, causing humidity issues throughout our stay, which was quite unpleasant.
