Aloha Condos

Aloha Condos's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

We enjoyed our stay! This is such a great location and not far from shopping, beaches, and lots of things to do. The best part is the views. Having coffee early in the morning on the lanai watching the waves roll in to amazing sunsets every evening. The unit was super clean and uncluttered. It had everything we needed.

Wonderful condo and the community it is located in adds a lot to the experience as they have 3 pools, very well maintained grounds, great ocean views, and tennis/pickleball.

We loved our stay in this seaside apartment with beautiful view and a perfect sunset every night. Apartment had most everything you could need including beach towels. Loved the ocean side pool and the other pools too. Quiet location about 20 minutes from the big shopping areas and most resturaunts. There is very near by large grocery and drug store. The owner contacted us before check-in about a potential problem with the a/c with the previous renters. When we checked in mid afternoon is was very warm in the apartment but with all the fans and closing a view window shades it cooled down after midnight and we were able to keep it comfortable the rest of the week. Check out was very easy. We would love to stay at this place again.

Pros: Can’t beat the views from the living room balcony!! Very quiet, peaceful, great for relaxing. Cons: location is not super convenient, most food options are 15-20 minute away, but you’re trading peace/quiet for access to town. The main con, though, was that we saw a huge roach (like five inches long) in the unit two nights before we checked out and let the host know the following morning. Host came by to check for roach signs that afternoon but said she didn’t find anything and left without doing anything (including bug spray). My mother in law found multiple little baby roaches later that night, so there was definitely signs of an infestation. LOVED the view but unfortunately won’t be staying here again.

Great place to stay. Great view of the pool and ocean. Location is superb and parking is easy. A/C worked well and kept a consistent temperature. Just steps away from the beach to watch the morning sunrise on a clear day. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit 187 is AMAZING! The location is unbelievable for access to Kona, and it has an awesome pool for families, and the ocean view and access is INCREDIBLE!

Beautiful coastal condo with a direct view of the ocean. My family had a great time unwinding here, listening to the waves crashing into the black coastal 'cliff' and taking advantage of the amenities the location offered. One thing to note is that the entrance is on the second floor and immediately requires you to go up one floor to access the main floor, plus an additional set of stairs to access the master bedroom, so those with mobility issues may want to make sure they can go in/out easily of the house. Otherwise it's a wonderful place and was a perfect stay for our big party.

Okay stay… there were stains on the curtains, dirty inside drawers, strong chemical smell. The location was great and very walkable.

The location is great. The staff at the surf and racquet club were harassing us and rude especially maintenance. We felt targeted from the moment we arrived…mainlanders. Stood outside and watched us for hours. Told us we were children. Told us to stay in our house. There was high surf but we weren’t even allowed on the back patio that was partially boarded. It was safe to store patio furniture there but we weren’t allowed to stand in there. They brought a piece of plywood and boarded up our entire view so that my 90 year old father couldn’t see the ocean from inside the townhouse. I would never recommend this place. I host a beautiful Airbnb in Montana and also have traveled many places in airbnbs and this is not how you treat guests. Never been treated so horrible. They ended up “evacuating” us with no warning. We had to find other accommodations last minute and a hotel that night. They said entire resort was evacuated which was a lie…apparently just us.
