“Stay away from all vacation dreams! Constant fees and withheld access to property unless paid. They even refused to speak with Airbnb about the case. Airbnb is now all Inclusive - no extra fees unless noted. The photos and access are not accurate. Photos show amenities that are not offered by that specific houses address. Access code changed twice while we were renting. Long line every time to get into gated neighborhood. The property isn’t private with pools back to back - you can see and hear everything from everyone around you! Parking is an issue as houses around have multiple parties. Water & Dryer - significantly outdated! The house has potential but the property manager - All Vacations Dreams ruins it entirely.”

“Pessima empresa! Chegamos a casa estava suja, não havia limpeza! Só foi realizada depois que pedimos mas de 3x! Falaram que houve um erro no sistema deles e não havia sido solicitado! Ofereceram churrasqueira e esquentar piscina, como forma de compensar, o que também só ocorre depois que cobramos! Na saída, apesar de todo os erros cometidos conosco , não foram nada amigáveis. Perguntamos se poderíamos fazer um late check out , o que nos foi negado veementemente, mesmo a responsável me informando que não teria nenhum outro cliente naquele mesmo dia! EXPERIÊNCIA HORRÍVEL!”

“I am still working with AirBnB to resolve the issue we had with the property. We booked this property for its proximity to the Omni Championsgate Resort. And, upon booking, the map and address received through AirBnB was that of the Resort. We thought this was one of their associated villas or properties. That was exactly what we were looking for. However, the day before check-in, a completely different address was provided that was a 10 min car ride away. This forced us to have to pay over $800 for a rental car that was not in our budget. Air BnB offered to refund our entire stay BUT there were no longer other properties that were close, so we were stuck. Their response time is poor. When I was able to talk to someone, they seemed to be more of the cleaning crew that had limited ability to help. They upcharge to heat the pool and to provide a grill. You must sign a long legal document outside of AirBnB and agree to all the upcharges. Lastly, they charge a $99 fee before you get access”

“The place was great, having the pool was awesome I would suggest that the location be updated more accurately.”
