“Loved this place! The pool was close and so relaxing. The airb&b was comfy, clean, fully stocked kitchen, rooms were spacious and clean. This place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Positive we have had an excellent stay in the appartement, great space, living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. Easy to access and to get to down town (Uber) Negative The sargassum season was never mentioned during the booking or description. A real pity since the residence is on fore front of the sargassum landing and accordingly horrible smell. Since the reservation cannot be cancelled, we came frustrated knowing we would not enjoy the place fully given its location. Yet pool is great, very large but the smell was horrible during most of the day not allowing the best of it nor the balcony. Only late in the day was a good time Bedding is ok but not so comfortable. Could be a good investment to do ;). Beside, we had a great stay - thanks a lot !”

“We're from NC, where sargassum isn't something we'd ever encounter, so it didn't occur to us to ask about it before booking. The listing described a tanning beach and ocean front location, which is what drew us to this property. From check-in on, there was an extremely strong, pungent odor from decomposing sargassum on the beach. We thought it might ease up once the wind direction shifted, but it never did, it was strong enough that we couldn't use the beach, pool, or balcony for our entire stay, and it was noticeable inside the condo at night as well, at times causing nausea and irritation. When we asked the host why this wasn't mentioned ahead of time, she said "you didn't ask about it." The only solution offered was to cut our stay short + find a different unit ourselves, it would have been on us to locate/arrange alternative accommodations, not something she handled or provided directly. We also found the bathtub/showerheads in poor condition, with significant brown staining.”

“The condo was beautiful and the location was convenient for what we were wanting. It is on the Atlantic side, away from the hustle and bustle but we rented a golf cart from the recommended company provided in our condo which made it easy to get around Key West! We were a little disappointed with the difficulty to check in. The instructions were a bit confusing. Luckily we ran into regulars that helped us find our way! Be prepared with your own waters if you have a late arrival, and be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash as bar soap is all that is provided. All in all, it was a great stay.”

“Owner will spy on you and lie to your face. Instead of knocking on the door and nicely present yourself she walks in without any notice pretending to be a pest control. Condo rules are clear enough about pest control, and you can even read them inside of elevators, so no need to lie to me. People who is able to pay $600/night been treated like strangers. She ruined our entire 5 night stay by leaving us feel not safe and thinking she can walk in inside again when we were not there. This is illegal and needs to stop. Would not recommend this host to anyone.”

“The place is well equipped, albeit dated. Location was great. While we were there a car in the gated lot got its back window smashed out, which made us very uneasy. The security/fire door at the bottom of the stairs was constantly being propped open by rocks, not the most secure situation. Construction started promptly at 7:30 every morning of our stay. Not one single window in the unit would stay open on its own, the ocean side windows had no screen. The dryer took 3 cycles to get a medium sized load mostly dry. Sadly I feel the value does not match the price we paid for our stay.”
