“We had such a wonderful, fun and comfortable stay here! The unit provided everything we needed and the hosts were extremely communicative and quick to answer all my questions. “I feel the host was responsive. The Apartment was older and worn. The carpets were super stained. The chairs to kitchen table were broke. The bathrooms had hair in the corners. I think the biggest problem with our stay was we went to the pool as that’s what the picture shows on the Airbnb when renting the place. The Security Guard was crazy, on drugs and screaming at our family as I have a 11 year girl. The pool says open 24/7 we were there at 10pm sitting in Hot Tub quietly. Neighbors were on their balcony BBQ and listening to music. The guard was telling us no one in the pool area to leave. We showed him the sign that said open 24/7 . He said he picks the hours. We stayed in the hood it felt like. The next day we woke up our car was keyed. The hosts said sorry but the surroundings has nothing to do with them. They didn’t rectify my stay with taking any money off as now I have to pay for vehicle damage. It’s rowdy at night couldn’t sleep. Dogs barking upstairs. Not happy stay.”

“Prior to approving my stay I was emailed a a very long document going over the rules including not telling anyone(neighbors) this was an air bnb during my stay. I was asked a ton of questions about my stay and after answering all of them Allan requested my social media also. When I replied that i would just book a hotel my stay was approved and my card was charged. My stay was fine, the rest of his management team was very accommodating and helpful and I didnt have any other issues but it soured the experience.”
