Alfan Estates
4.78
Alfan Estates's guest rating of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great home to stay in a nice / quiet neighborhood. Location is close to the strip, and everything about the property matched exactly how it looked in pictures / described in description. 10/10 would stay here again when I’m back in Vegas.”airbnb

“My husband and I loved this place so much! We enjoyed plane watching on the balcony and the couch was so comfortable! If it wasn’t booked out, we would have 100% extended our stay as our trip got extended!”airbnb

“The place was nice as listed. Location not the best if visiting the strip. Not much around this condo. The biggest issue was no water pressure for showering, A/C struggled to keep up, not enough towels and very noisy neighbors upstairs late at night.”airbnb

“Overall stay was good. Private and quiet neighborhood. Garage remote key was helpful. Bedrooms were nice. One of the showers did take a longer time than expected to heat up. Not sure if that’s just a Vegas thing. Only thing to note was that the pots and pans weren’t clean.”airbnb

“Very clean and spacious. Very interrogative when asking why we were going to be in town. Difficult to get in through the gate when using ride share services.”airbnb

“The stay was fine besides the dirtiness. The floors were absolutely disgusting and every time we had company over it was vet noticed. With the floors, the showers, the kitchen supplies mainly.”airbnb

“BEWARE, THIS HOUSE NOT AS ADVERTISED: It is NOT "New Renovated 4 bedroom home U026 Entire home in Las Vegas, Nevada 8 guests . 4 bedrooms . 4 beds . 3 baths" as advertised. This home is a four bedroom two and a half bath home which has not been updated or renovated in a few years, guessing by the condition of the place in the ware on the furniture. When the issue was brought up to the host regarding what they advertise as supposed to what they are actually providing, their reply was very nonchalant and told me to address it with airbnb. I did so and got some money back, however that did not made up for the major inconvenience of not having 3 full bedrooms and proper furniture inside and outside of the house; also, hey left garbage which stunk the whole garage. (have pics to prove it). Lastly, the host tried to blame us for damage on a piece of furniture which we did not do, thankfully, we had pictures to prove the damage was existing, which help exonerated us. Don't recommend.”airbnb

“We checked in for only 10 minutes and noticed a very musty odor. We contacted host and notified them we were leaving. I asked for a refund and was denied. Do not recommend!”airbnb

“I feel the host was responsive. The Apartment was older and worn. The carpets were super stained. The chairs to kitchen table were broke. The bathrooms had hair in the corners. I think the biggest problem with our stay was we went to the pool as that’s what the picture shows on the Airbnb when renting the place. The Security Guard was crazy, on drugs and screaming at our family as I have a 11 year girl. The pool says open 24/7 we were there at 10pm sitting in Hot Tub quietly. Neighbors were on their balcony BBQ and listening to music. The guard was telling us no one in the pool area to leave. We showed him the sign that said open 24/7 . He said he picks the hours. We stayed in the hood it felt like. The next day we woke up our car was keyed. The hosts said sorry but the surroundings has nothing to do with them. They didn’t rectify my stay with taking any money off as now I have to pay for vehicle damage. It’s rowdy at night couldn’t sleep. Dogs barking upstairs. Not happy stay.”airbnb
