“This Airbnb was perfect for mt sisters bachelorette trip! We fit 9 girls comfortably in the apartment. We loved the hotel. It had great phot op locations. The pool was great and we were right on the beach. My only complaint is the lack of extra garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. I had to go to the front desk multiple times for supplies. There were some kitchen supplies but not a whole lot so I wouldn’t plan on cooking much there. The place looked almost just like the pictures. It was more outdated than I expected. The pictures look very edited. However, we still loved it and I would recommend it!”

“Very nice place, lots of great amenities available. However most had extra fees (resort fee, parking, deposit, bike usage, etc). Inquired to get late check out due to flight schedules and when inquiries were made they said it was available but had to wait till morning of to verify. Of course that morning after waiting till almost check out time it wasn’t available, seems kinda odd.”

“They stay was very nice I just don’t like you can’t have your own food and drinks at the pool area they bar prices are high for one drink almost 30 bucks but other then that it’s nice some of the pool and beach staff was assholes but hey it’s life”

“They didn’t seem to want people around and were stand-offish when you had to interact with them. The room had many problems needing fixed, and it was so hard to find a meal by foot”

“Hard to blame the staff at the hotel as it’s the AirBnb that is the problems. This is how it was. The Internet was out half the time period and slow the other half. To fix it maintenance told me the password for every room is the same so use the 6th floor passwords. Which were just as slow or not working. Also very cheap beds and cheap TV with remotes that didn’t work. Drawers all slide open because floors are not even. AC was super noisy. The best part of the room was when we weren’t in it. They are taking advantage of both hotels on either side being under construction. If you want old, out of date, worn down, no frills, not worth it rooms, no good room service or nice restaurant on property. This is your place. Oh, I wasn’t going to say anything. If you can’t say anything nice blah blah… but they keep hounding me for a review. This is the 4th time they asked. Maybe they should stop asking guests.”

“We requested multiple times for bathroom to fix, maintenance would come clean up water and say everything was fine, then leave and it would flood again, by 3rd time they quit responding and blew us off”

“The condo that we booked was updated, modern, and had 2 beds, a king in queen. The one we received had 2 queens in one room/ bunk beds in the other for 2 adult couples. The condo we received was dated and lacked the view advertised. When we informed management they told us we can leave (not a viable choice do to the boat show) or get a 10% discount. The fact that they intentionally booked us in the wrong, terrible room is worth way more than 10%. I would not recommend staying here at all.”
