“House was super easy to access, clean and very spacious i have nothing bad to say about the house except the interior look which is personal preference the colors don’t match all that well and the colors make the house have an older style look But other then that it was a great stay and the price is perfect for what you are getting.”

“Stood here with my family and the home was very comfortable and clean and the pool was amazing, really didn’t have to leave the home for entertainment, all the kids loved the pool and the home was spacious and accommodated my family well”

“Huge place, nice area, my huge issue was the firm check in time… we usually fly in very early to utilize the day at the parks, and I like early check in, this place did not allow any early check in. I had to pay for an extra night in order to stay the day in the home. I know they need the time to clean before and after but it was not clean when we arrived so I’m not sure why they needed the time. The bathroom sink still had toothpaste in the sink. It looks like someone just put a clean ring around the toilet and called it a day. Air b and b says all fees are included but when you get a cleaning fee, and a this and that fee it adds up to more than a hotel with the lack of convenience you get at a hotel such as early check in, late check outs etc…over all I liked the home, it was dirty and it needs updating and love but it was an easy experience, the owner is honest about the home in the description, so I’m not dissatisfied. So note to owners your cleaning ppl are not doing their jobs….”

“House was nice and clean. Good area. House had way too many rules and had I saw all of them before hand I would have not booked. 10am is too early to checkout and to charge someone if they happen to leave 5 mins after 10am is too extra. normal check out times are 11am. There was a car in the garage so I had to leave my car out all night. It didn’t feel like a Airbnb. The rules came across a little over bearing and most of my family ended up uncomfortable. They didn’t want to randomly get charge for something.”

“Overall very pleased with our stay! House was large so definitely a plus if you’re staying with a lot of people! Can’t beat the location 10-15 minutes from Disney parks. Community pool and water park area are great for rest days. Only downside was place seemed a bit dated although that is seen in pictures. Some of the bedding also seemed to have stains and were somewhat dirty. Master bedroom had a comfortable bed but besides that the rest were manageable but by no means comfortable. Pool water was very cold. Would still recommend and felt like we got a great deal relative to the prices of other places in the area.”

“The house was in a very good location. The house was close to Disney. The pool was nice. The house itself needed an upgrade. The furniture was ripped, had holes, and moved when seated. The kitchen had hair on the corner. The refrigerator was dirty. The washer wouldn't work. The mattress box spring on the twin bed had the biggest, nastiest stain. I text him that my daughter couldn't sleep on it and his first response was that the mattress was only four months old. when you walk in the room the box spring was showing and it look like big dried up something that turn dark brown/red color. I told the person that I was texting that he wouldn't sleep on it. I ended up texting again twice about wifi out. He changed box. Showed the box spring and said he had to find out if he could buy a cover. He ended up bringing a cover. When pulling back the covers on the bed, there was hair. So we brought blankets and slept on top of their blankets. I would not go back unless the home is upgraded.”
