“We stayed during Hurricane Lala passing the Big Island and I can’t say enough about how supportive they were. They proactively checked in with us and were quick to fix issues where they could (storm.knocked out power for a bit). We lost our AC too and once clear it could not be fixed they moved us to another place. Everything was fantastic and I would highly recommend! The view in this place is incredible!”

“Beautiful location and house. The house was very clean and all kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. Communication with management and host was very easy. Not a walking distance to the beach but it was a good way to get away from noise and just chill. Close to shops and the Old Town.”

“This rental is in a great location, walkable to Shipwreck, Brennecke's, and Poipu Beaches. This was ideal for getting in solid beach time while we were on the southside of the island. The home met our needs overall. The management company was communicative and friendly! While the 3 bedrooms have A/C, only one of the bathrooms is air-conditioned (the one in the secondary suite, downstairs), since it is inside the bedroom. The other two bathrooms, including for the main suite, are not directly off of the bedrooms (they are in the hall outside), so they do not have A/C. It is difficult for some people to get ready comfortably when they are hot and sweaty, so it is worth noting. Unfortunately, the living room and kitchen were too hot to spend time in during our stay, even with many fans going. We ate outside and it was more comfortable. Finally, the kitchen is quite nice, but lacked shelf-stable staples that are customary at many other rentals such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil.”

“We had an amazing stay! The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and fit our family of seven perfectly. We loved the porch swings, pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The location was fantastic, with beautiful grounds and easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The home was the perfect home base for our vacation. Michael was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Michael was extremely responsive to all the different questions that I had. Very timely. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in the area. We watched turtles every day from our condo. We also had a seal swim up to the rocky ledge below us. We also had some dolphins a couple of times there.”

“Wonderful stay! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had all the appliances, cookware needed, etc. Parking was easy with a designated spot. Really appreciated how easy check in and check out were.”

Stunning views in a spacious place that is well cared for and really comfortable - perfect for families or larger groups The location is ideal for those living on the south side and you'd be hard pressed to find a better sunset or view for your morning coffee with a side of turtles showing up to greet you in the ocean :) Michael and Tina were responsive to all our asks and super helpful despite us being quite forgetful with our belongings Hope to make another trip here soon!”
