“Michael's place was absolutely wonderful. The ocean view from the balcony was where we spent most of our time. I can't say enough about how gorgeous the view is and how soothing the sound of the waves were. The home itself was clean and had all the conveniences we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, which we used for breakfasts and lunches. There's a Brita pitcher and I changed the filter on 6/16/26, so it's good for about three months. For the beach, they've thought of everything, chairs, umbrellas, a boogie board, and a handy collapsible cooler. There were six woman in our group and the home was comfortable for all of us. The one thing to note is that the upstairs loft does not have its own A/C split like the other rooms, but there are two very nice fans. There is not a closet in the loft either, but there was plenty of closet space in other rooms. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would stay at Michael's place again!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The house is gorgeous and comfortable. The kitchen, living area, bedrooms, pool, spa and lanais are all very well equipped to keep a group very comfortable. There were just 3 of us on this stay (one couple, one teen) but the house could easily accommodate 3 couples and four children. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. All the communication was very clear and super timely. I only wish we’d stayed longer!”

“We had the BEST family vacation here! The house was beautiful, the gardens and landscaping were so magical and we loved coming home from an exhausting day of sun and hiking or kayaking and letting the kids swim while we all visited together and played cards outside. It’s our third trip to Kauai in four years and the best house yet! We loved every minute! The hosts responded within minutes and were always so friendly and helpful!”

“What an amazing stay in a beautiful house right on the coast! Cool mornings, nice breeze, a view of eternity (and surfers!) and explosive sunsets! My wife and I, with our three adult children, preferred dinner at “home” over the many great restaurants in the area because of the locations privacy and peacefulness. Comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms meant we all had our own space. Not sure I want to mention the daily swims with the Turtles…I’d hate for the masses to find this spot! Right below the house was the best snorkeling anywhere on the island. Tom is the owner of the house and he is desperate for everything to be perfect! He was great to deal with, with a pride of ownership that shines through. Everything about the place was immaculate! If we can swing it every two years we’ll make sure to book this place well in advance!”

“Large, comfortable, well appointed Plantation style home. Enjoy sunrise and the morning sun on the front porch with your coffee. Large comfortable covered lanai by the pool perfect anytime of the day. Appreciated the upstairs sitting room to unwind and focus. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and board games. Michael, Angel and crew were warm in welcoming and orienting us to the home. Two minor issues came up and were addressed the same day. Availability, response time and service were exemplary.”
