“The house is charming and cozy. While the weather did not cooperate while we were there, we had everything we needed to warm up. Just be aware the staircase be noisy when going up and down but overall a wonderful experience and a great host!”

“Booked the two bedroom apartment which is definitely aged and needs some upgrades, but booked for the two bedroom option and full amenities. Unfortunately it allows all the sounds and smells from the adjacent unit into it. My daughter started to get a headache from the weed use that was wafting into the cracks of the unit and we could hear plain as day all the people in that unit. When asked if there was another unit available as it was late, they did accommodate us into a much smaller up a ladder 1 bed treehouse with no running water or shower and much smaller. This was fine in a pinch but definitely not what we paid for. I guess if whimsy was worth $200+ it would be a steal. So much to my surprise the cost was identical to my original 2 bedroom, full bathroom and kitchen booking. I do appreciate the pivot of the host but it was an overall disappointment and experience I wouldn’t want to repeat.”

“Our treehouse stay in Fairbanks was absolutely amazing and easily one of the best places we have ever stayed! The entire property was beautiful and surrounded by nature and conveniently located for exploring Fairbanks. Staying in a treehouse felt so unique and magical, and the space was cozy, comfortable and well designed. we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The sauna and hot tub were truly the highlights. There was nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the peaceful surroundings after a long day of exploring. The sauna made the experience feel even more luxurious and special. The property was clean, well maintained, and even more beautiful in person. We loved the privacy, the calm atmosphere, and the overall charm of the place. This stay made our trip to Fairbanks unforgettable, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, relaxing, and memorable Alaskan experience!”
