“Greg's place was fabulous! Our group of 10 had plenty of space to be together as a group. Beach access was perfect. Beautiful view!!! One wonderful amenity was a separate ice maker. This was a definite win with a group of 10 spending a lot of time outside. The street entrance is easy to miss. Directions for arrival and departure in the house were very clear. The departure cleaning expectations were very reasonable. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Our trip ended with “we need to book this place again”. The Castle was the perfect house to meet all our needs! We had a large group of friends/family getting together for a first beach trip with several new babies in the family. The location was PERFECT for that. We gathered the 15 million things you need for a baby and walked right onto the beach and setup camp right there in front of the house everyday. When someone needed to go inside it was a super short easy walk into the house. The double fridge and dishwasher was perfect for our large group to have dinner at home. The three story home meant we could have fun, talk, laugh and play music without waking any of the babies napping on the top floor. There is always a spot for someone to sit because there is tons of seating options. Our hosts made everything clear, concise and easy for us to follow instruction and were responsive. We hope to come back every year!”

“We had the best week at this house! You cannot beat the location being right on the beach. This stretch of the beach is very wide and not crowded at all. We felt like we practically had a private beach. Being able to heat the pool for the chillier days was well worth it. The house had everything you could need for the kitchen. Several trash cans, 2 dishwashers and several coffee pots all came in handy with that many people in the house. The 3rd floor den was great for the teens to hang out and we couldn’t hear them on the other floors. Beds were comfortable. We just really had a wonderful time and hope to come back. The Gulf restaurant just a few minutes away was a favorite. If we ever had a need or question for the host he got back to us very quickly. Highly recommend this home!”

“This was our third time staying in the East Castle in the Sand. It's a wonderful home that meets our family of 25 very well. However it's showing some wear after the years. We had a few issues with the pool and the dishwashers. When I reached out, I got responses. Greg even refunded my money for heating the pool because we had issues with it. It was just disappointing that the pool wasn't warm and wasn't working properly. A repairman was sent out. It's just a great home and a great location just needs a little updating.”

“We had an amazing week! The house had plenty of space for 18 of us; great communal living room and kitchen, and great sized bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. We loved using the heated pool, and being able to walk straight to the beach off the back deck. Our location felt like a private beach, yet was only a 12 min walk to Flora-Bama. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay.”
