Air Butler
4.75Visit website
Air Butler's guest rating of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We really enjoyed our four-night stay! Overall, it's a nice place, and we had a great time. There were just a few things that could use some attention. The larger bed had a comforter that was too small for two people, the bedding was thin, and there were no extra blankets. A few additional towels would have been nice, too. We also noticed some broken kitchen cabinets, cracks in the bathroom sink, and only one remote for the two TVs. Some listing photos don't quite reflect the home's current appearance. The $25 hourly fee for early check-in or late check-out also seemed a little high. What we really appreciated was how kind and responsive the host was when we shared our concerns! They're already working on improvements and generously offered a small refund and a discount on a future stay. We truly appreciate their hospitality and willingness to make things right. We enjoyed our stay and plan to rebook next year.”airbnb

“Very nice safe area other than the bathroom shower curtain being moldy the place is very nice and small for one person”airbnb

“Perfect hotel alternative for a quick trip to OSU. Easy to walk to restaurants and campus without worrying about parking. While we did not use the kitchen, it seemed very well stocked and everything was very clean.”airbnb

“Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. We thought it was going to be great due to the location, however, it was unclean and some of the functions were unusable (couldn’t watch tv as the Roku wasn’t working and no remotes which we took a lot of time to try and locate, to then find out they didn’t exist). In addition, only were provided with 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 which was started, which then made us go out and by more due to the slow communication of getting more. Finally, there were gnats, dust, and overall just dirty feeling of being there. He did comp us half a cleaning fee ($50) but it did not make up for this bad feeling being there. With that stated I would not recommend this place.”airbnb

“Erich is very communicative. His communications, however, seem to be generated by an AI chatbot as he doesn't properly address concerns and gives you multiple inaccurate responses from which to base your day around (there was and still is a gas leak in the unit; the stove is definitively the source of the gas leak; he "sent a guy" to check on the unit multiple times during times where I was home and I saw absolutely no one enter my unit during my time there as I was basically always home). Bathroom smells like an animal died in there. Electrical outlet next to the main table doesn't work (how am I supposed to do work like this?). 1. stove has a gas leak 2. can't cook for fear of a gas explosion 3. refrigerator rendered useless because you can't cook (stove/refrigerator amenity basically pointless) 4. bathroom smells like garbage 5. wasp's nest guarding the only entry point to the unit 6. windows have to stay open 24/7 due to gas risk + bad smell from gas &the bathroom= you freeze❄️❄️”airbnb
