“The space was nice but was not cleaned very well when we arrived. Dirty toilet seat, false eyelashes stuck to the wall and dirty rags on the floor. It was spacious and had lots of room, we didn’t feel cramped. The washer dryer was fantastic! The dishwasher washer was finicky though. We had a pretty fine couple weeks and then there was another unit smoking weed and it full enveloped our unit this went on for some days having to figure out who to talk to, to get it to stop. Then there was the extremely noisy neighbor above us, who we had to on multiple occasions have to go ask them to please try and be more quiet at 12am. Also super late check in and super early check out which made it very difficult to control getting in and out.”

“Pros- 5 stars because condo matched description. Plenty of towels compared to what reviews said, had about 6 towels. Family and baby friendly items provided. (playpen, highchair, baby tub, stroller) Cons- Noisy upstairs neighbor, didn’t get a single full nights sleep. Very slow to respond if/when they do. Bed is okay but pillows were cheap. Couch is small and uncomfortable. Would stay with them again because you get what you pay for and this condo was worth what we paid.”

“We had a nice stay. When we arrived there was some kind of shrimp dish in the microwave from a previous tenant. The buildings aren’t very visibly labeled so that was slightly tricky. Upon arrival we noticed roach bait in the laundry room… The night before we left we were met with a large roach in the laundry basket in the closet. I reached out to Paul to let him know. He said it was a palmetto bug, which after researching is still indeed a cock roach. It is a pretty convenient location. We drove around 20 minutes to everything we needed. Sand Key beach is the best bang for the buck due to paying to park everywhere in Clearwater. Overall we had a great stay.”

“Blinds need to be fixed. Update furniture but overall stay was nice. Bed was very comfortable and the entire place was very clean.”

“It was clean and nicely located. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were nice and comfortable. Pool was nice. 10 minute drive from the beach. Our only complaint was we sent a couple yes or no questions to the hosts several times and didn’t get a response to any of our questions. Fortunately there wasn’t anything urgent we needed from them”

“Overall, we had a decent stay at Agnes and Paul's condo. One thing that was surprising given the area was that it was quiet in the complex at night. The place was cleaned decently on the surface, but is due for a deeper cleaning (grungy door frames and light switches for instance). All the appliances are old, the fridge was noisy, we didn't try the oven/stove. The grill mentioned in the listing was actually a grill grate for charcoal. It was full of ashes but didn't look like it was used regularly. We didn't end up using it like we expected to. Besides this, the pool was actually quite nice and we spent a good amount of time there. Our biggest challenge was perhaps our arrival. We had provided advanced notice that we would be arriving between 9-10pm, but despite this we were having difficulty getting through the community access gate with the call box. The condo was not well stocked. Arrival notice informed toilet paper provided for only the first few days despite 8 night reservation.”

“I was offered 20 dollars an hour for early check out and got left outside the room with my children for over an hour”

“First off all, if you have a problem with stairs, this unit is may not be for you. There are 38 of them. However, this was on me. They mentions stairs in the unit info, but I did not catch it not that it was on the 3rd floor or ask about an elevator. As far as the unit itself, it was clean and everything worked as expected. The shower water pressure was a bit spotty, but nothing serious. The furniture is a bit dated and the beds were not the most comfortable we have had at other rentals. TV is 100% streaming, so if you like network or local TV make sure your streaming services offer it. The main issue we had was communication with the hosts. I messaged and called multiple times about a couple non critical issues and never heard back with responses specifically addressing them. All we received was boiler plate messages used for all their renters. Overall, the stairs aside, it fit our basic needs. Maybe look at a first floor unit next time.”
