“This house was nice and worked out well for our extended family group. Liked being able to walk down to the lake and get coffee. Nice location in north Tahoe. No AC which was a problem at the beginning of the week with high temps but then the weather improved.”

“Place is clean when we got there and everything on the description is accurate. If I were to nitpick, WiFi does not work on gaming devices or consoles. As the router is preventing it from joining, I contacted the admin and I haven’t heard back from them at all about this. So we were relying on hotspots the entire time.”

“The place was functional for 9 of us. Overall, good, but the place could use a new dining table, new window shades, and new mattresses throughout.”

“Overall, everyone enjoyed their stay. The deck and dock on the water is what made it special. The home was clean and clutter-free. However, there were a few minor issues…the sliding screen door was extremely hard to open when closed; the pool table was falling apart, with one of the cushions coming loose, the pockets had holes which let the balls out to roll across the floor; the shuffleboard table was also coming apart, with one end literally falling off; a screen was missing in the master bedroom, letting plenty of insects in while the window was open; the one ceiling fan in the house, in the living room, did not work. And none in the bedrooms. The property manager needed to drop off some fans to get the bedrooms cooled off in the evening. The temp only got to 77-78 in the day, but the second floor was definitely warm at night. Again, overall these are pretty minor, but for the money you are paying for this place, you’d expect these issues to not exist.”

“This house was very nice, however the owner was not. The owner screamed in my face after asking for my ID, then claiming it wasn’t my ID. She also proceeded to yell at my friends (who were also staying in the cabin) and I’s faces saying we were not welcome here due to the unclearness of their listing. Owner claimed you had to be 25, where the Air B&B listing stated this nowhere. Continued to tell us we were going to have to pay $2000 extra “in case of damage” which was more than we paid just to book the house!”

“This was super ideal in terms of location as the home property sits on a corner of the neighborhood streets, but still was very quiet and private. The home was well set up for a small group of us to enjoy a weekend escape. I loved how easy it was to use the hot tub, and enjoyed the cute bear-themed decor all over the property. One bigger thing that surprised me was they didn't supply shampoo and conditioner, or gave heads up to bring our own before we arrived after a long drive to the location. The water kettle also has a broken handle so it felt dangerous to use after boiling water for my tea. Otherwise, I think most everything else was easy and comfortable and I'd still come back to stay here.”
