Close proximity to lots of amazing places to visit including Sleeping Bear Dunes national park. I would consider staying there again when we decide to visit the area again.”

“This is our second time staying at this property. Crystal Lake is a true gem and it is awesome that kayaks are provided as well as a fire pit right by the water. We loved walking the half mile down the road to Rock’s Landing for delicious food. Point Betsie is a short drive as is the town of Frankfort. This is a great place to stay when in northwest Michigan.”

“Great place to stay especially with dogs. Inside space isn’t huge, but it has everything you could need. Backyard was a huge bonus, nice space to sit outside and relax, and was great for the dogs.”

“Great location! This was a last minute trip and there was little to choose from. The area is pretty and so much to do. The house is advertised as historical, it’s really just poorly maintained. I own an old home and understand the pros and cons of historical homes. This place has holes in the walls, it’s dirty. Just overall rundown and unpleasant. The beds are awful. The sheets and linens are stained. The towels are rough. I did not love this place.”
