Afton Gardens

“Great spot, beautiful courtyard inside with a fountain and a BBQ area, the neighborhood where this Airbnb is located is really quiet and pleasant, nice looking homes in the area, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby”

“Great place to stay, highly recommended.”

“Awesome and considerate host. Homey and clean living space. No complaints!”

“Ben takes care of you. The upmost 5 star customer service I’ve had the n awhile. His maintenance team will get any issue done and the complimentary room service was very fancy. The neighbors are nice. And everything is walkable so if you came here without a car like me your more then good. Right next to galleria just a 9 min walk and your at the biggest attractions in Houston they have plenty of bars, restaurants, parks to have everyday fun. This is the place you want be. But be careful this place has been here for decades so things can stain pretty easily so just keep up after your self”

“Ben and Gloria are very responsive and helpful. Everything was as described. The area is quiet and peaceful.”

“Amongst the high-end galleria surroundings, this apartment complex is good value, clean, and well appointed. It's charming and fit for purpose, with management that is amazingly responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy, apartment was clean, and the location was fantastic for a several week stay for work. Easy to find, easy to park and suitable for short or long stays. Only downsides were slightly loud in-window air conditioning units and dated building, but everything was well maintained and mangement was very helpful.”

“This was the right place for me while undergoing cancer treatment. Easy access to apartment and great neighborhood. Owner Ben was always responsive to any need and always available by phone if not in the office. The staff was professional and responsive.”

“Afton Gardens está ubicado en un barrio muy lindo en Houston. Está relativamente cerca de Galleria y de las tiendas, cine y restaurantes de River Oaks. Ben es un anfitrión amable y excelente !!”
