“This home is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Park City, just a block away from the shops and restaurants, 5-minute walk to hiking trails, and a close, 10-minute drive to Deer Valley. The house was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. Communication with Abode was courteous and prompt. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to continuous maintenance issues we experienced. When we arrived, there was no hot water in the house. We called and the issue was fixed within 3 hours. The next day, we came to find out that there was no shower pressure or hot water in one of the bathrooms. Again, we called and were assisted within a few hours. On the same day, we were still having water issues in another bedroom. On day 3, our front door code stopped working. While all these issues were promptly addressed, these were a lot of issues to have on a 4-day trip. Having to constantly be in communication to report issues took away from the relaxation of the stay.”

“The host was very accommodating with our early check-in and late checkout requests. The house was lovely and the location was ideal to easily walk to shops and restaurants. The private deck with fire pit and hot tub was perfect for outdoor leisure time and the front porch, swing was a great place to relax while people watching on the street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed, and there were plenty of bath towels for our group. I highly recommend this property.”

“The house was wonderful, perfect for our group. The outdoor space was wonderful and Robert was very communicative about house updates. Our group was easily able to walk to Main Street. We had a minor issue with a leak. It was as resolved quickly due to Roberts responsiveness. Overall we had the best experience and we would absolutely love to stay again in the future.”

“Great location but unfortunately for us the ski season had ended by the time we arrived. It is virtually right in front of the ski lifts and an excellent location for walking down to main Street. Everybody felt very comfortable. The only thing I would say is the carpet is getting a little worn. The house was very comfortable. The bedding and the pillows were terrific. They had plenty of silverware plates etc.”
