“Great location but unfortunately for us the ski season had ended by the time we arrived. It is virtually right in front of the ski lifts and an excellent location for walking down to main Street. Everybody felt very comfortable. The only thing I would say is the carpet is getting a little worn. The house was very comfortable. The bedding and the pillows were terrific. They had plenty of silverware plates etc.”

“Great location, has a Jacuzzi on the porch with a view of the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of utensils, pots and pans, etc.. We had several problems upon check-in number one was the coffee pot didn’t work, and the fireplace, Windows needed to be cleaned to see the fantastic view, and no toilet paper in each bathroom beyond the one roll. (although I did not share that with Abode). I did call Abode and they fixed the problems within a day or two. For some reason, we had difficulty communicating to them to get an early check-in… Never heard back from them until we got there and it still ended up being around 4 PM.”

“We have been coming to Park City since 2003 and have enjoyed a variety of homes, locations and experiences with Hosts that have been engaged with us throughout our stays. We had a very unusual situation this past year because my 90-year-old parents whom I care for had taken a turn for the worst with one of them eventually being put into hospice and passing away. This happened about 4 weeks before we were to come out to Park City. I contacted Airbnb to begin a conversation on the possibility of rescheduling our stay to 2027 and they were an awesome help. The first person I communicated with even referenced a similar situation they had a few years back with their family. They asked me to put all of the specifics into an email which I did. I even was willing to provide all of the doctor and hospice notes. I was not asking for any money back but rather asking to have my week rolled into the next year 2027. Over a 3-day period the only response I got was no. And nothing from Robert.”
