“Good house that is free of clutter. Beds were extremely clean. Be careful in the basement- there are very low ceilings. Lots of rooms, but no bathroom on the third floor. If you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you will have to walk down a flight of stairs.”

“Details...details...details. Broken door in half bath. No outlets in kitchen. Way too few towels for a place that big. In fact, towels were left in the dryer for us to fold. Kitchen utensils, plates, platters and other common supplies were poorly stocked and limited. Furniture was very uncomfortable and not inviting. Practical little things need a lot of attention. It is obvious that this place is not run by a small group. Felt corporate. Could have been a five star review if the home type of details were included. It is a good area and it was clean.”

“My family loved the house as well as the neighborhood. Peaceful, private and more than enough space.”

“We had a great stay here as a group of 9, which included three small children. There was plenty of space for everyone, everything was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities like crib/high chair. We were a short walk to good coffee and a grocery store, and an easy drive to the City Museum and other fun things to do.”

“Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Should have read other reviews a little better. Bathroom on one of the upper floors does not convert to a tub. So like others in the past, babies and toddlers do not have any tub option and either have to shower or use a sink. We ended up having to get a baby tub delivered. The main floor bathroom would only flush about 1/2 the time. No batteries in any remotes except the living room. Bring plenty of fans for the upstairs as it gets very hot. With all that being said, we would still stay here again IF the above issues were repaired before hand.”

“I recently rented this home as my family and I traveled to St. Louis for a memorial service. It was a short weekend visit. The home has been remodeled beautifully. The kitchen, by far, is the star of the show; modern and well appointed. The home is nicely decorated and they were purposeful in anticipating your needs. If you don’t mind stairs, the home is efficiently laid out. It is essentially 3 stories + a basement with no rooms on the main floor. The two reasons this place isn’t 5 Stars for me: 1) Rear entry through the basement was inconvenient but the only way to lock up 2) Noise sensitivities with decibel readers were intimidating and kept us from truly relaxing. We actually went other places to have fun. BTW, we were a 3 generation party of 6. There were no complaints made, it just felt intrusive. With a little more education on the decibel readers, we would stay again!”
