“The place was very clean. It was considerably smaller than anticipated. My husband’s shoulders touched the door jams in the bathroom. Sadly the sofa is in serious need of being replaced. The back patio was very nice and offered seating for 4.”

“We enjoyed our stay. All the front gate guards were very friendly and super helpful. They also kept the kids in pool in line to follow the rules as posted. We loved that it was gated and secured by a guard. The only issue was the the code didnt work our entire visit for the front door. The issue was reported to the office. The entire property was extremely clean and well kept. Great views! Thanks for hosting us!”

“If I was rating just the place I would give it five stars. It was a cute place right on the beach (aside from private homes this is the best beast access in the area. All the others you have to walk across a busy street). The place is small and great for a couple or a couple with small kids. We had 3 adults and a teenager and it was cramped (especially because there is no place to set out suitcases and very little drawer space for the second and third guest). The downside of this property, and why I gave it a four star instead of five, is because of host responsiveness. The host responded immediately after I booked the property. But the two times after when I sent a message received no response.”

“House was in a nice location. The bed in the main room could be more comfortable. Very bright in the mornings. If that bothers you bring a sleep mask. Host didn’t respond to any of my messages.”

“We’ve stayed at many condos over the years here at Seascape. We love seascape for its location, safety and heated pool. We had to stay at a different condo this year as the one we usually use being unavailable for the dates we needed. The condo was nice and open layout which helped not feeling cramped. Furniture in living area was comfortable and not super small. Beds were comfortable enough, but I’ve had more comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen fully stocked. Our code for the door did not work, but we just used the key that was provided. Downsides. You can tell this condo is not owner operated and from someone who owns multiple places for revenue purposes. The host is not responsive almost at all, luckily we didn’t have any major issues, but I liked the responsiveness and care of the other host we’ve had. The condo also had a terrible mildew smell when we arrived. Like it had been sitting with stale air. Had to open everything to get the smell out.”

“Besides early check-in, everything else was worse compared to renting from individual owners. Unit needs to be aired out, smells like bacon. Security guard was hostile at checkin and at adult hot tub. Unlike units rented out by individual, the management company did not include/provide paper towels, shampoo, beach towels and beach chairs. Owners usually include these things plus more. The management company charges for beach chairs and beach things.”
