Being so close to the Railyard (with galleries, restaurants, etc.) was great, but also the place was very quiet; the best of both worlds! Great layout for our group, who needed three bedrooms. Immediate response to inquiries and very flexible. A member of our party developed altitude sickness, so an early check in was greatly appreciated. I hope I have the opportunity to recommend this property.”

“It’s a big house with a lovely old-world feeling, just as shown in the pictures. We ended up with just four of us, so there was tons of space to spread out, and the beds were comfortable. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to DeVargas Center, with two grocery stores, and about a 15-minute walk to the Plaza. The property manager was responsive and helpful. There are a few quirks that come with an older house, including a narrow driveway, somewhat dim lighting, and an oven door that was a bit difficult to use. None of these detracted significantly from our stay, though. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place for our stay in Santa Fe. Thanks!”

“We had a great stay at this property. The hosts were very communicative and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout. The place is just as described -- spacious, clean, and comfortable -- and we felt right at home. The location was convenient for us, with easy access to Cerrillos and Siler Roads. It may not be ideal for those looking for walkable access to the Plaza or Railyard, but it’s a good value compared to more tourist-heavy areas. Overall, we’d recommend it.”

“This house was beautiful and the management company was responsive. Just about a 15 minute drive into town where all the restaurants and shopping were located so we were able to experience the natural beauty of Santa Fe and its views from the house and still get into town for meals, etc.”
