“Honestly, I’ve never written a review like this so I’m sort of dreading this, - the communication was bad but the place was worse. When you walk in you’re hit with a smell of over the top awful cleaning solutions which ordinarily I’d be OK with but in the end it turns out they were just masking larger problems (which is how it feels when you walk in). Advertised pictures bedrooms that look like they’re way bigger than they are, they are very small and right on top of each other. The bathroom shows a new looking sink and a glass shower door when in actuality it was a disgusting old shower curtain filled with black mold. Yes you read that right.The house overwhelmingly damp, unclean. There were no soaps or shampoos in the bathrooms. No salt in kitchen. no bedding for sofabed. Some fixed after we complained -that’s another problem, leading up to our stay when I try to reach out number of times would go multi days without hearing anything back…Until I complained, then heard back!to”

“Great location near the beach. Three bedrooms were very helpful for our family. Place could use a bit of updating (outlets are loose, door was tricky, needs cleaner shower curtain). Killed several bugs during our stay. A/C was very strong but adjustable. But overall grateful for the location near Scarborough Beach and for the size of the Airbnb.”

“The location was very convenient within Narragansett. The house was very clean - floors, appliances, bed and bath linens all in good shape. Could use a few more glasses, silverware and cooking pans but otherwise, fairly well equipped. It was a pleasant experience!”

“I was supposed to stay here for a week, but the state of property was incredibly poor for the price they were asking. About 80% of the sliding door blinds are missing, the sliding door doesn’t seal so mosquitos get in and a number of other insects. This is owned by a rental company, so I am even more disappointed in lack of care for the property.”

“It was a quiet bungalow in the woods. It is close to the beach and town but driving is essential. The place is clean and there is a back deck and outdoor shower. It’s nice to have 3 bedrooms to try different beds.”

“A really nice oasis away from the busy town. Really enjoyed the space and the porch outside. The home does need some maintance and touch ups inside and out. Overall was a nice stay.”

“We had a very comfortable stay. The unit was exactly as described, clean and for a short stay fit our needs. Beds were comfortable, very close to beaches (walking distance for some-albeit a bit far), close to restaurants. A little hard to find as it is tucked away off the road, but otherwise pretty easy to get in and out.”

“The home was clean. However this home needs much, much more. Landscaping, paint, power washing, deck repair, front screen door repair, refrigerator would not close properly. There were two rugs to block a vent in the hallway generating heat! In JULY!”
