3D Beach Rentals

“The host was incredible responsive! Loved using the 2 pools right downstairs. I never had any problem parking my rental car. Great location in my opinion. Tons of great food a short drive away. The public beach access was right there. The beach wasn't too crowded during memorial Day weekend, granted there was an unfortunate storm for most of that weekend. We had the option to use a rental company for reserved chairs and umbrellas on the beach, but didn't even need it! Absolutely loved the water and the sand at Miramar Beach (beach right in front of the stay) sand was soft and water clear(I'm from NYC) The floors were a bit damp, but I brought indoor slippers so it wasn't a problem. I made use of the: heating/cooling: easy to use and worked for the entirety of my stay (I used the heat at night cause I was cold) washer/dryer: very useful, host provided a packet of detergent to use dishwasher: useful, host provided 2 pods jacuzzi/tub: didn't use, because I was enjoying the area”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo at Miramar beach. The view was absolutely amazing, and the condo was a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, spacious, well maintained, just as described. We would definitely stay at this location again!”

“5 stars for property and location! This property is very nice, spacious, and comfortable. Looks just like the photos. The two screened-in porches were amazing with great views and the walk to the Beach via boardwalk across the lake was cool. Minor concerns included a dryer that didn't work (wasn't fixed before we left) and a little mold on a shower curtain. Biggest frustration was the amenities were advertised (tennis courts, basketball court etc) but equipment was not provided, which is an obstacle for us since we flew to Destin. Providing equipment and beach towels would have kicked this up a notch to 5 stars overall. Would definitely return.”

“Furniture out dated, nothing had been dust, washing machine had mold around it, need new towels and sheets, silverware was dirty, food was left in the refrigerator, floors were dirty.”

“Overall stay was great and place was clean. Location is great and views are beautiful from the balcony. The restaurant downstairs and bar were a big plus. Only downfalls were we did have trouble finding the building and room, as guard was not available when we arrived. There were also no cleaning utensils, such as a broom or mop to try to keep the place clean, did have to go buy one. Also, there was no bedding available for the sofa bed, luckily i had taken extra just in case. Other than that place is ok and i would stay there again. .”

“Was super sandy which I get because it is a beach condo, but it felt like they barley mopped of swept anything before we came. Also the washer and dryer and bad so don’t count on that and buy household supplies and bring towels.”

“My family and I loved this condo! The views were nice and it was quiet and peaceful. We loved how close the pools are & that it’s walkable to the beach! Would recommend.”

“The unit was beautifully located in a convenient location. Amenities were great--we enjoyed pickleball and the workout room. Beach was easily walkable. Pools were clean and nice. Also loved the big balcony in our unit. Only complaints were that the bedsheets were dirty--had lots of hair on them and didn't smell fresh. Messaged the host and they immediately responded with coming to put clean ones on bed. Not sure if cleaners were distracted or what--coffee grounds were left in pot, and a load of wet towels were left in the washing machine. Didn't notice towels til we went to do a load of laundry. Unit itself was clean though. Overall it was a great place to stay!”
