“The view and location was perfect. All amenities were great! The main bedroom mattress had dips in it, and unless you slept in the middle of the bed you felt like you were going to fall off. The main bathroom shower door does also doesn’t latch, so water would get everywhere. All things that were manageable and would stay again.”

“The condo was decorated nice, & furnished with plenty of pillows for the beds. We had 5 guests and there was only 6 wash cloths, I wished I had known, because it left me doing laundry twice a day for wash cloths. Pack bowls with lids if you plan to cook, there are none. The people under us smoked weed on their deck constantly, so you couldn’t sit outside much. (Not the renters fault, just very inconvenient.) The beach chairs in the laundry room was a great amenity. Also, the walk to the beach was much further than listed. You have to walk from the front of the condo building, (no access from the beachside of the condo.) Overall, a nice condo and a fun time at the beach! If you want beach chair service, go online to La Dolche Vita, you can rent them by the day or week.”

“DO NOT spend your money with a 3D Beach Rental Property. We were very transparent and kind about the conditions of the space we walked into (dirty and unclean)and were treated awfully by their property manager (TJ). There is too much to write about our experience, and 1,000 characters wont cover it. We were blessed to have another place to stay during our trip. Just look underneath the kitchen sink and you will see BED BUG CLEANER. Enough said.”

“The frustrating thing about staying at this property was 3D Beach Rental communication with me. A couple months in advance, I wrote a message to them asking if they had pillows with down because of an allergy that aggravates my asthma, which has been flared up as of late. When I got to the property there were several pillows that did. They came the next day and got them but it was something I asked in advance and they didn't check and that's obvious. The other thing which is not the fault of 3D Beach rentals or the owner; it is separate from them but needs to be addressed. If you like the smell of weed from the balcony, this place is for you, be prepared to get a contact high; it was awful. I say this because I have a daughter and did not like her being exposed to that. On the other hand, the view is incredible and the place looks as described in the pictures.”

“This is not a bad review but unfortunately it’s not as good as I would like it to be. The towels had stains, there was no hot water in the sink or bathrooms only hot water in the tubs & showers. They sent my check in information from a Unknown number days ahead of check in, the listing info clearly states “The check in codes and info will be sent before check in” so around 2 to 4pm (on check in day) I was checking my phone for updates on that information it was sent days before. Huge inconvenience! When I wrote them to get the info it took 40 min to get info back. I’ve been with Airbnb almost 10 years now the checkin info is always sent the same day not days ahead of checkin I didn’t see it! The pool was great! Beach access not too far but expect a 10 min walk not so bad & it’s a beautiful lake to see inbetween with fish & turtles. Food and drinks near by the staff really nice at hotel. The pool is toddler friendly!”

“We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect — very walkable to the beach, and stores . The apartment looked exactly like the photos, the amenities were great, and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We also loved visiting Destin. The only downsides were that the bed covers in both rooms had some sand on them when we arrived, and communication with the host was difficult when we ran into an issue getting back into the apartment. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay overall.”

“Furniture out dated, nothing had been dust, washing machine had mold around it, need new towels and sheets, silverware was dirty, food was left in the refrigerator, floors were dirty.”

“Overall stay was great and place was clean. Location is great and views are beautiful from the balcony. The restaurant downstairs and bar were a big plus. Only downfalls were we did have trouble finding the building and room, as guard was not available when we arrived. There were also no cleaning utensils, such as a broom or mop to try to keep the place clean, did have to go buy one. Also, there was no bedding available for the sofa bed, luckily i had taken extra just in case. Other than that place is ok and i would stay there again. .”

“Was super sandy which I get because it is a beach condo, but it felt like they barley mopped of swept anything before we came. Also the washer and dryer and bad so don’t count on that and buy household supplies and bring towels.”
