“Really beautiful place in a serene part of town. The house wraps around the pool area which is beautiful. It sits on a golf course with the mountains right next to it. It has many rooms and places to stay and a beautiful bar area complete with pool table. As my 19 year old son left he said, “let’s get this place again next year”. Really great experience. Only nit I had was the rules were very strict and seemed very important (I assume this was some kind of city thing). Thank you!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is exceptionally private, peaceful, and quiet, making it a great place to relax. The pool area is lovely, and the location is very convenient—just a short drive to both the airport and downtown. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space, and the shared bathroom has been beautifully updated and was a highlight of our stay after a day in the pool and heat. The primary bathroom could benefit from some updates, as there is no adjustable shower head or shower door. A couple of things future guests should know: the driveway gate can be a bit finicky and takes some getting used to, and there were quite a few mosquitoes in the backyard (everywhere in the Coachella Valley this year), so bringing bug spray is a good idea. I left mine in the cupboard. Overall, this is a comfortable, private property with great amenities and an excellent location. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Beautiful neighborhood, super close to downtown. There is a noise ordinance- and at first I was like “what the heck? That’s annoying”. But then I understood why. Waking up to peace and quiet with birds chirping was delightful. I enjoyed the home’s mod decorations. Plenty of room for my family. My only con was that the pool was dirty. We just happened to come in between cleanings ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Other than that, it’s a beautiful home and I would stay there again.”

“We had a wonderful stay with our two kids. The house is spacious, very clean, and the pool and outdoor area is incredible. We loved the cool Palm Springs décor and it was nice to be right next to a golf course. It's in a great location—easy to get to downtown Palm Springs easily as well as Palm Desert easily. Can't wait to come back!”

“Really good house! Enjoyed the stay very peaceful and lots to do!. The house was clean and organized. Lots to do near by pool was clean!! The beds!!!!! Man very comfortable and clean. Will book again 100%!”

“So we have stayed at this exact location two years ago. That trip was great. This trip though was not. This year the bedding was not clean, it did not smell clean and it had marks on it. They were also the exact same sheets from 2 years ago. These things have a shelf life. There were also several cockroaches that we found in the main house (not the casitas). The location is unbeatable and it’s a large location that’s easy to check into. Also we paid $195 to heat the pool but they would only allow us to heat it to 85 (which is basically nothing). This rule was never communicated to us until after we had already checked in and started heating the pool. Further more the pool cool decking is in need of repair, it’s crumbling. There are a lot of little things in disrepair like the main house sink knobs. None of these issues existed 2 years ago when we gave them 5 stars on everything.”

“The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, which we really appreciated during our stay. The location was also great, very convenient and within walking distance to downtown. However, there were a couple of issues that took away from the experience. We found a cockroach in the kitchen, and there were leftover pizza rolls still in the oven from a previous guest, which raised some concerns about cleanliness. I reached out to the host about these issues but have not received a response.”
