“The space was even better than in the photos! What a gem of a find. The home and surrounding space was clean, peaceful and a perfect refuge from the chaos of the world. The inviting pool, the zen garden where my friend and I started our morning with a quiet moment, and the cozy living room are just a few of the amenities of this fantastic place. My only note (it doesn't qualify as a complaint), maybe more of a tip is that finding the driveway is a bit tricky at night, because it blends in with the wall....which aesthetically is nice. It helps to have someone stand by the driveway gate to make it easier. I'm definitely filing this one under "want to return" space.”

“Love, Love, Love the Pucci Pad! By far my fav place I've ever stayed while visiting Palm Springs. The location is very private and quiet, yet minutes from downtown. The home is ultra fun and lux. Amazing decor, layout, great backyard and pool. I love the colorful fun vibe of the home. Would definitely return again!”

“Great compact and comfortable house - walkable from the strip. Pool is handy on hot days although beware music outdoors at Airbnbs is strictly banned in Palm Springs so your swims will not have a soundtrack.”

“Perfect spot for a relaxed week with friends. The pool gets shade pretty much throughout the whole day, so perfect for the v sunny days. The house is very well equipped with all sorts of appliances and serving dishes…anything you could need really. Would definitely stay again.”

“I saw that other guests complained about cockroaches here--I messaged the host my concerns and he assured me it was a one-off occurence in the Spring due to the cutting of trees around the house. So I booked. When we checked in, we were immediately met by a huge cockroach in the living room. Then one of us found a roach in his shower in the casita. There also were small dead roaches in the kitchen. When I complained about the second roach the owner accused me of lying. Even though I sent him pics. He did offer to move us, but the other place was farther away and we did not have a car and needed to be in walking distance to downtown---so we stayed. Definitely a nice gesture but totally avoidable in the first place had he been honest about the roach problem.”

“This place was beautiful and looked exactly as advertised. The décor was stunning, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were that the pool was very warm and felt more like a jacuzzi than a swimming pool, and there was a significant ant problem. It got to the point where we had to purchase ant traps ourselves. We also noticed quite a few spider webs underneath the kitchen and bathroom sinks, with many ants caught in them, and occasionally found ants or other small bugs in the bed sheets. That said, we did visit in the middle of summer when temperatures were around 114°F, so the extreme heat may have contributed to the bug issue. Aside from those concerns, it was a great stay and a beautiful property.”

“Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, nice decor with real vintage furniture, and a well-kept outdoor space. Hosts were prompt when issues came up. However, our 6-week stay had major problems: weak water pressure and backed-up bathroom drains. AC ran nonstop but stayed at 83°F. Later the washer leaked onto the laundry floor. Hosts sent plumbers/HVAC quickly, but service people were in and out for days. The HVAC tech said the unit was likely undersized with poor insulation. The house was also in desperate need of a deep clean. Grimy light switches, door knobs and baseboards, crumbs and spills in all the cabinets and drawers. After weeks at 82-84° inside the house, we asked for a portable AC unit. Hosts said they'd check with the owner, then just sent tower fans that didn't help. We've stayed in PS this time of year many times; other rentals handle the heat fine. Worst of all: in 6 weeks, hosts never once checked in on us. We won't be back. Hope future guests enjoy our deep cleaning.”

“So we have stayed at this exact location two years ago. That trip was great. This trip though was not. This year the bedding was not clean, it did not smell clean and it had marks on it. They were also the exact same sheets from 2 years ago. These things have a shelf life. There were also several cockroaches that we found in the main house (not the casitas). The location is unbeatable and it’s a large location that’s easy to check into. Also we paid $195 to heat the pool but they would only allow us to heat it to 85 (which is basically nothing). This rule was never communicated to us until after we had already checked in and started heating the pool. Further more the pool cool decking is in need of repair, it’s crumbling. There are a lot of little things in disrepair like the main house sink knobs. None of these issues existed 2 years ago when we gave them 5 stars on everything.”

“The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, which we really appreciated during our stay. The location was also great, very convenient and within walking distance to downtown. However, there were a couple of issues that took away from the experience. We found a cockroach in the kitchen, and there were leftover pizza rolls still in the oven from a previous guest, which raised some concerns about cleanliness. I reached out to the host about these issues but have not received a response.”
