“Most of the house was dirty . Nice location but was not the greatest and most clean to stay in. Dog hair was all over the bed skirt and jacuzzi was super dirty.”

“Everything was as expected. Had a great time playing in the pool, gaming in the game room, and grilling. Neighborhood is just off of the Art loop with many craft vendors. Overall, great stay!”

“The only bad part about it was the public pool. Some guy grabbed my grandson ducting for five times about drowned him plus they turned the air off night before. But other than that, it was nice.”

“This place is worth it if you want to smoky mountain and nearby adventures. Description says 4 beds but I couldn't find it when I checked in. I booked for 8 people, and the management people made us sleep on a futon. So if you have six people, it's perfect place unless you wanna sleep on the couch.”

“It was a beautiful area, quiet, and clean. The house looked like what was shown in the picture. My only complaint was no response prior to checking out because we weren’t ready to leave and would have requested another night, had we received a response.”

“This property was good and clean. It had all the amenities we needed as a group of 10 people. However, there were issues with the door locks and windows. In one of the bedrooms, the door lock wasn't working, and the bathroom door lock wasn't working. In another bedroom, the window blinds weren't working, so we couldn't close them. The additional sofa-cum bed had food and food stains on the mattress, and so we weren't able to use it. But apart from this, it's a good house and private. You might encounter bears around the property, but that's to be expected in the Smokies. Would recommend this house as it's closer to Gatlinburg as well but is very nice and quite as well.”

“Place was pretty neat and location was close to all we needed. Sofa beds are not to comfortable due to thin mattress but we manage.”

“The property was great with a cozy cabin rustic chic vibe! My family enjoyed our time at the property. Make sure you get the door lock code before arrival. Let me be clear, we received everything needed except the door code. I left a message with owner via app requesting front door code twice prior to arrival. Once we arrived, we had to call the mgmt co 365 Getaways to get the door code. In the interim, we waited 1-1/2 hrs outside of property trying to obtain the code. Owner did send a message around 9pm something but did not apologize for inconvenience or for not disclosing missing door code.”
