“The location is great, and David is a professional host. However… I say this with kind intentions for future renters and for the property manager to take into consideration. The location is great for access to beaches and Alys main town. The showers and terrace were also a pleasant surprise. Our issue lays with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had clumps of hair in the vanity, there was a bad fruit fly issue, very dusty furniture and a few other noticeable hiccups including an odor of mildew. I read a few reviews that mentioned this, but saw dozens of outstanding reviews. So I took the gamble and lost. Once again, with some simple TLC this location would be outstanding. But not as is. Hope these issues are catered to, and if so I’d gladly give it a second chance.”

“We had a great time staying here with my family! Everything was clean and beautiful!”

“Cozy condo. Decorated nicely. Great location. Adding a few small welcoming touches would definitely make the stay feel more comfortable and hospitable. After traveling it would have been a nice touch to have some coffee and snacks available to get the trip started. Overall would recommend.”

“My stay was nice. The place is really beautiful. The neighbors dogs are loud. The internet didn’t work the entire trip. I tried to get them to fix it but was unsuccessful. I did feel they figured it was human error and I was doing something wrong, but it didnt work on any of the smart items already there either. If it had working WiFi I would have extended my stay. Though we had issues, David was still very kind and was accessible about my other concerns”

“위치는 환상적이나 대응은 아쉬움이있습니다. 위치느느너무 좋습니다. 비치와도 중앙번화가 와도 가깝습니다. 그러나 다른 사람들이 이야기한것처럼 침구류 샤워부스 등 오래된 물품은 변경이 좋을것같습니다.숙소의 위치또한 초행자에게 너무 어렵습니다. 좀 더 상세한 안내가 있으면 좋을것 같습니다. 또한 와이파이 문제도 잘 해결해주세요. 금요일에는 잘되어있고 토요일 아침부터 와이파이가 되지 않았습니다. 문의를 하니 답변이 느렸고 HOA 에 문의해야 한다고 답변이 오면 알려주겠다고했습니다. 저는 기달렸습니다. 외출할것이니까요. 그런데 답변이 오지 않아 다시 문의하니 HOA이 운영을 하지 않아 월요일에나 답변을 알려줄수 있다고 합니다. 저는 일요일에 퇴실하는데요. 이미 알려줬다면 나는 수긍했을겁니다. 그러나 그들은 내가 다시 문의할때까지 알려주지 않았습니다. 모든 좋은 기억이 거기 그 지점에서 조금 실망 했습니다. 당신은 더 발전 할 수있어요. 위치만을 믿고 발전이 없다면 도태됩니다.”

“We loved this unit! Very roomy, clean and great views! Easy access to beach and pool as well. Hidden dunes is a great place to stay and we will definitely be back to unit 703!”

“I texted David at 9:30 PM the night before we were to arrive to Davis condo to ask Davis about a paycheck-in. Our car was already packed and we were ready to go in the morning. At 9:30 PM he informed me he had to cancel my reservation. He offered to give me another one of his condos with less of a view Did not offer to give us a price adjustment Did not offer anything for our inconvenience. I began my PTO on that Thursday (which is difficult to get as a nurse because of the shortage in nursing) and already had my dog at the sitter. We were left scrambling at 9:30 PM to look for an Airbnb. No notice, no nothing. If I wouldn’t of called we would’ve been in Florida with no place to stay”

“A few things … mixture of my poor research but also a few complaints. Pros: Large Bed, everything was working well (shower, fridge, microwave) close to a couple of restaurants, Safe, the host was a good communicator Cons: Not at all accommodating to anyone with infants. The “Private” beach access is connected to another neighborhood and a resort. IT WAS PACKED!!! You are not able to bring wagons or strollers to the beach. The walk from the hotel to the beach was also 10 min. There was a tram option but with an infant we have a ton of stuff. The mattress had stains on it as well as a few of the pillows. The location had so many teenagers randomly roaming around at all hours of the night drunk and screaming. We spent all of our days driving to one of the public beaches about 10 min down the rode. When we come again we will be staying somewhere in Inlet beach. It was exponentially nicer even for a public beach. I would not recommend this location to families.”
