1885 Farms

“We traveled to the Stables Estate w/ a group of 11 adults/kids. We were celebrating our daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday with a fun getaway, a group of her friends, our oldest daughter's friends, and our friends. The house was perfect for everyone to spread out and filled with amenities. The indoor pool, hot tub, and movie theater were heavily used. The gorgeous weather our mid-June stay provided allowed for a great deal of time outdoors enjoying the paddleboard, kayak, canoe, and paddleboat, as well as Pickleball. Our hosts were very pro-active and responsive from booking, pre-arrival, check-in, through check-out. Any questions during our stay were handled very quickly. Texting Audrey is like texting a great friend. She's on that text immediately. House was stocked with lots of kitchenware, tools for the BBQ, & more. The only complaint we have is that we didn't stay one more day. We were very happy with our stay as were our guests. Most importantly, our 16-yr old is still raving about it!”

“Our family weekend was so relaxing in this wonderful home! There were extras that we were not expecting: a basketball hoop, Pickleball court, ping pong, and the beautiful wooded surrounding. The pool, of course, was a big hit! Everyone from the oldest (78) to the youngest (2) had things to keep them engaged. It’s a challenge to get everyone together, but hearing the conversations, laughter and having time to reconnect is what it’s all about. The weekend goes by so quickly. The importance of our family weekend, building memories, and strengthening relationships is vital for families. Thank you to our host, Audrey. Your home is amazing! I know others will find the same welcome and enjoyment as we did.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Great location for the Football Hall of Fame. Walkable to the fields if you have any sports game for the kids. The house was clean, easy to find, and comfortable. “Our family had a wonderful time at Audrey’s home. Audrey and Matthew were responsive and very helpful during g our stay. I really loved the variety of things to do onsite. My sons enjoyed the pond with fishing, paddle boat and kayaking. We roasted marshmallows and made smores. We had fun partaking in the crafted scavenger hunts they created for the guests. They thought of everything a family could want. There’s no need to leave the property to have fun. We didn’t!”
